【摘要】：正刘金花在《外国教育研究》2017年第8期中撰文,介绍了俄罗斯职业教育质量的关注"合格"的政府评估与关注"排名"的社会评估,并分析了二者的关系政府评估,即准政府机构对申请参加评估的所有职业院校进行质量判断的活动。俄罗斯的政府评估主要源于教育机构合理定位和回应政府问责的需要。政府评估需要经过以下环节:1.对职业院校基本办学条件的认可,需要保障提交信息的真实性
