青岛市服务类专业中职生职业理想现状调查与干预对策研究

【摘要】:中等职业教育是我国高中阶段教育的重要组成部分,是我国经济社会发展的重要基础,它担负着培养数以亿计的高素质人才的重要任务。 服务业是指国民经济运行中为生产生活服务的行业,即国民经济行业中的第三产业。随着经济结构调整和产业升级,快速发展的服务业正成为我国经济增长的新动力,有力地推动了服务类职业教育的发展。 学生阶段的职业理想是指学生对将来从事职业前景的规划与展望,,它与学生的人生观、价值观和世界观密切相关。中等职业教育的学生正处于各种价值观形成的关键阶段,因此,深入研究我国中职生职业理想的现状,引导中职生树立正确的职业理想,是我国职业教育的当务之急,也是本课题研究的重点。 本文以青岛市中职学校服务类专业学生的职业理想现状为研究对象,旨在以职业动机、职业规划、职业价值感、职业道德四个维度为视角,通过问卷调查法、访谈调查法、文献研究法等研究方法,进行深入调查研究和分析,摸清现状,掌握存在的问题,分析问题存在的原因,并提出了相应的对策建议。力图引导职业学校服务类专业学生树立正确的职业理想,为职业学校有针对性地制定干预对策提供借鉴和参考。 本文主要分为四个部分: 第一部分,介绍了研究的缘起、研究思路、研究方法及研究意义,界定了职业理想、职业动机、职业规划、职业价值感、职业道德五个核心概念,梳理了已有的研究成果,奠定全文论述的基础。 第二部分,立足于目前青岛市服务类专业中职生的职业理想困惑,主要从职业动机、职业规划、职业价值感、职业道德等四个维度,对我市服务类专业中职生职业理想进行调查,并对调查结果进行了汇总分析。 第三部分,分析青岛市服务类专业中职生职业理想现状,揭示了存在的主要问题,并对问题成因进行分析。主要问题:一是部分学生从事本专业的内在动力与兴趣不高;二是部分服务专业中职生职业生涯规划意识和能力较弱;三是部分中职生对自己将要从事的职业缺乏价值认同感;四是部分服务专业中职生对职业道德的重要性认识不足。第四部分,针对服务类专业中职生在职业理想方面存在的主要问题及成因,提出对策与建议。一是学校开展自强教育,充分调动学生的主观能动性;二是学校家长企业合力,科学引导学生规划职业生涯;三是家校有效沟通配合,积极提升学生职业价值感;四是学校采取多种措施,全面展开职业道德养成教育。
[Abstract]:Secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education in our country. It is an important foundation of economic and social development in our country. It bears the important task of training hundreds of millions of high-quality talents. Service industry refers to the industry that serves production and life in the operation of national economy, that is, the tertiary industry in national economy industry. With the adjustment of economic structure and the upgrading of industry, the rapidly developing service industry is becoming a new power of economic growth in our country, which has promoted the development of service vocational education. The career ideal of the student stage refers to the students' planning and prospect of the future career prospect, which is closely related to the students' outlook on life, values and world outlook. The students of secondary vocational education are in the key stage of the formation of various values. Therefore, it is the urgent task of vocational education in our country to deeply study the present situation of vocational ideal of secondary vocational students and guide them to set up correct vocational ideal. It is also the focus of this research. This article takes Qingdao secondary vocational school service major student's occupation ideal present situation as the research object, aims to take the occupation motive, the occupation plan, the occupation value sense, the occupation ethics four dimensions as the angle of view, through the questionnaire survey method, the interview investigation method. The methods of literature research and other research methods, such as in-depth investigation and analysis, find out the present situation, grasp the existing problems, analyze the causes of the problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. This paper tries to guide the students of service major in vocational schools to set up correct professional ideal and to provide reference and reference for vocational schools to formulate intervention countermeasures. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the origin of the study, research ideas, research methods and research significance, defines the professional ideal, career motivation, career planning, career value, Five core concepts of professional ethics, combing the existing research results, laid the foundation of the full text. The second part, based on the professional ideal confusion of Qingdao service students, mainly from the four dimensions of career motivation, career planning, sense of professional value, professional ethics, etc. This paper investigates the professional ideal of secondary vocational students of service major in our city, and makes a summary analysis of the survey results. In the third part, the author analyzes the present situation of professional ideal of secondary vocational students majoring in service in Qingdao, reveals the main problems, and analyzes the causes of the problems. The main problems are as follows: (1) some students' internal motivation and interest in their major are not high; second, some secondary vocational students' consciousness and ability of career planning are weak; third, some secondary vocational students lack the sense of value identity to the occupation they are going to engage in; Fourthly, some secondary vocational students of service major have insufficient understanding of the importance of professional ethics. In the fourth part, the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the main problems and causes of vocational ideal of secondary vocational students in service major. First, schools should carry out self-improvement education to fully mobilize students' subjective initiative; second, the school parents should join forces with enterprises to scientifically guide students to plan their career; third, effective communication and cooperation between home and school should be carried out to actively promote students' sense of professional value. Fourth, schools take a variety of measures to fully develop professional ethics education.
