关于中等专业学校班级干部选拔方式的研究

【摘要】：现代的教育实践告诉我们：一个优秀的班集体,除了要有一名出色的班主任外,还必须要有一支得力的班干部队伍。班干部从同学中来,了解同学的所思、所想,在协调班级同学关系方面有着独特的作用。他们的工作是否得力,方法是否科学,以及在同学中威信的高低,往往能决定一个班级的成败。 班干部是班级学生的榜样,他们的言行可以感染其他同学,带动整个班级团结一致地为实现班级的目标而努力。因此班主任应该选拔、任用好这支队伍,并不断地培养、锻炼他们,让这个优秀的群体发挥更大的作用。 本课题研究的是关于中等专业学校班级干部的选拔方式。为了了解目前这类学校班级干部选拔方式的现状,我们对旅顺电大和旅顺职业技术学院师生进行了问卷调查和访谈研究。通过数据的收集和整理,我们对于目前这类学校班级干部选拔方式有了深刻的了解,从中发现大多数班级采用的是任命的方式选拔班干部,其次是民主的方式,而采用轮流制的极少。不同的选拔方式,互有长短,在不同时期采取不同的选拔方式,对于增强班级凝聚力,提高学生的参与积极性方面都有很大的促进作用。针对实际调查发现的问题,本文进行了多角度分析,然后就存在的主要问题提出选拔和培养班级干部的多种意见和方法。
[Abstract]:Modern educational practice tells us that an excellent class collective must have a team of effective class cadres in addition to an outstanding class teacher. Class cadres come from classmates, understand students' thoughts and thoughts, and play a unique role in coordinating class-class relations. Whether their work is effective, their methods are scientific, and their prestige among their classmates often determine the success or failure of a class. Class cadres are the role models of class students. Their words and deeds can infect other students and lead the whole class to work together to achieve the class's goal. Therefore, the head teacher should select and appoint this team, train and train them constantly, and let this outstanding group play a greater role. This subject is about the selection of secondary professional school class cadres. In order to understand the present situation of class cadre selection in this kind of schools, we conducted a questionnaire survey and an interview study on teachers and students of Lushun Radio and TV University and Lushun Vocational and Technical College. Through the collection and collation of data, we have a deep understanding of the current selection methods of class cadres in this kind of schools. From this, we find that most classes use the method of appointing class cadres, followed by democratic methods. Very few adopt the rotation system. Different selection methods, different selection methods in different periods, to enhance the cohesion of the class, improve the enthusiasm of students to participate has a great role in promoting. In view of the problems found in the actual investigation, this paper makes a multi-angle analysis, and then puts forward a variety of opinions and methods for selecting and training class cadres in the light of the main problems.
