【摘要】：正我们总是以提高办学效益为名轻易地撤并职业院校,美其名曰布局结构调整。前些年主要撤并中职学校,随着高职招生数的下滑,很可能会引来撤并高职学院的高潮。把几所学校合并在一起,学校的办学规模的确要大很多,办学条件也可能会有所提高,于是这成了职业院校主管部门的重要政绩。这些年来我们几乎已经习惯了这种思维模式:某所职业院校规模过小,把它并了;某几所职业院校专业重复度高,把它们并了;地方财力支持不足,为了集中经费使用,也把职业院校并了。在并校潮
[Abstract]:We are always in the name of improving school efficiency to easily remove and merge vocational colleges and universities, so to speak, the layout structure adjustment. In the past few years, the major secondary vocational schools have been withdrawn, and with the decline in the number of students enrolled in higher vocational schools, it is likely to lead to the climax of the abolition of vocational colleges. By merging several schools together, the size of the schools is much larger and the conditions may be improved, which has become an important achievement of the vocational school authorities. Over the years, we've almost gotten used to this kind of thinking: a vocational school is too small to merge it; a few vocational colleges have a high degree of professional repetition and they have been merged; and the local financial support is inadequate to concentrate on the use of funds.
