区域经济视角下银川市职业教育发展现状的研究

【摘要】：银川市深入实施“兴工强市”战略的提出，对装备制造业、商贸业、旅游业、餐饮业、文化教育业、金融服务业等实用性高技能专业人才的需求量持续增长，亟需建立与银川市经济发展相适应的职业教育模式。2010年，宁夏回族自治区被列为国家职业教育办学模式改革试点地区，银川市作为省会城市承担职业教育园区集团化办学体制机制改革试点城市，经过两年发展，银川市摸索出一条职业教育园区集团化办学的新路子。本文为研究银川市职业教育发展现状，通过问卷调查、访谈等方法对银川市职业教育现状进行调研和分析，并针对存在的突出问题提出建议。全文共分为四部分：第一章为绪论，概述了选题的背景、职业教育国内外发展现状、本文研究内容、方法以及本文研究意义。第二章为职业教育和区域经济的理论基础。结合本文主旨分别阐述了区域经济和职业教育的概念、区域经济和职业教育的发展理论、区域经济和职业教育相互关系以及适应不同区域经济发展的职业教育模式。第三章为银川市职业教育与区域经济协调发展现状的分析，，分别分析了银川市经济和职业教育发展的特点，整理、分析调研资料总结出银川市职业教育发展存在的问题，并对存在的问题进行详细分析。第四章针对银川市职业教育存在的突出问题分别提出调整人才培养结构，加强专业建设，打造品牌专业、加强教师队伍建设，建立校企深度合作长效机制和加强职业生涯规划辅导，构建学生成长的立交桥五方面策略。
[Abstract]:Yinchuan has put forward the strategy of "building a strong city for industrial development", and the demand for practical and highly skilled professionals such as equipment manufacturing, commerce and trade, tourism, catering, culture and education, financial services, etc., has continued to grow. In 2010, Ningxia Hui Autonomous region was listed as the pilot area for the reform of the national vocational education model. Yinchuan city, as the provincial capital city, is responsible for the reform of the system and mechanism of the vocational education park. After two years' development, Yinchuan city has found a new way for the vocational education park to run a school in a collectivized way. In order to study the present situation of vocational education in Yinchuan City, this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo of vocational education in Yinchuan City by means of questionnaire investigation and interview, and puts forward some suggestions for the outstanding problems. This paper is divided into four parts: the first chapter is the introduction, which summarizes the background of the topic, the development of vocational education at home and abroad, the content of this study, methods and significance of this study. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of vocational education and regional economy. In this paper, the concept of regional economy and vocational education, the development theory of regional economy and vocational education, the relationship between regional economy and vocational education, and the vocational education mode adapted to the development of different regional economy are expounded respectively. The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the coordinated development of the vocational education and the regional economy in Yinchuan, analyzes the characteristics of the economic and vocational education development in Yinchuan, collates, analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the development of the vocational education in Yinchuan. And the existing problems are analyzed in detail. In the fourth chapter, aiming at the outstanding problems of Yinchuan vocational education, the author puts forward the adjustment of personnel training structure, the strengthening of specialty construction, the building of brand specialty, and the strengthening of teachers' team construction. Establish the long-term mechanism of deep cooperation between school and enterprise, strengthen career planning guidance, and construct the overpass strategy of student growth.
