协同创新视域下的地方高职人才培养

【摘要】：当今社会经济发展格局日新月异,对人才创新能力也提出了更高的要求。政府、地方高职、行业企业、科研院所在人才协同培养中具有不同的地位与作用。充分发挥不同主体的作用,选择恰当的人才协同培养模式,构建完善的人才协同培养机制,是提高地方高职人才培养质量的重要策略。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the social and economic development pattern is changing with each passing day, which puts forward higher requirements for talents'innovative ability. The government, Local Higher Vocational colleges, industry enterprises and scientific research institutes have different positions and roles in the cooperative training of talents. Mechanism is an important strategy to improve the quality of local vocational talents training.
