高等职业院校“双师型”教师培养研究

【摘要】:百年大计,教育为本;教育之计,教师为本。随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,人才的需求日趋多样化、多层次化,特别是对各类职业技术应用型人才的需求尤为迫切。面对新的形势,提高高等职业技术教育质量,发展高等职业技术教育特色,培养社会所需要的高素质应用性人才的“双师型”教师队伍,成为高等职业院校建设的关键之一。 “双师型”教师这一概念最早是在原国家教委的文件中正式提出的,“双师型”师资队伍建设也是在政府的促动、提倡下开展起来的。从提出至今已约有二十年,从概念界定到内涵发展,从理论探索到开拓实践,都取得了长足的进步和发展,为我国职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设提供了宝贵的理论基础。 同时,“双师型”教师队伍建设的政策法规也不断优化完善,为“双师型”教师队伍发展提供了强有力的政策保障。在我国各项教育立法当中,尽管有关部门出台了“双师型”教师队伍建设的政策法规,但与国际职业教育师资队伍建设相比较,,我国“双师型”教师队伍建设的政策法规仍然不够健全和完善。 本文将“双师型”教师培养作为一项政策来研究,旨在梳理高等职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设的政策发展脉络,有助于继承“双师型”教师队伍建设制度的经验,分析“双师型”教师培养的政策内涵和实践状况,讨论其可持续发展之计。 本文的核心问题是高等职业教育到底需要什么样的“双师型”教师及如何培养“双师型”教师队伍。为此,笔者先对高等职业院校“双师型”教师培养进行了一番政策阐释,接着分析了相关研究的状况,找出我国高等职业院校“双师型”教师培养政策方面存在的问题,之后在“双师型”教师培养的政策、文献、实践的对比分析的基础上,提出笔者的见解,希望能进一步完善高等职业院校“双师型”教师培养的政策法规体系。 围绕上述核心问题,本文的基本立论是:在当前背景和条件下,“双师型”教师具有重要的理论意义和实践价值,但“双师型”教师的培养有赖于我国职业教育的发展模式的改革,更有赖于我国教育体制的改革。
[Abstract]:One hundred years plan, education is the first; the plan of education, teacher-oriented. With the rapid development of our country's social economy, the demand for talents is becoming more and more diverse and multi-level, especially for all kinds of professional and technical applied talents. In the face of the new situation, improving the quality of higher vocational and technical education, developing the characteristics of higher vocational and technical education, and cultivating the "double qualified" teachers with high quality applied talents needed by the society have become one of the keys to the construction of higher vocational colleges and universities. The concept of "double-qualified" teachers was first put forward in the document of the former State Education Commission, and the construction of "double-qualified" teachers was promoted by the government. It has been about 20 years since it was put forward, from the concept definition to the connotation development, from the theory exploration to the development practice, has obtained the considerable progress and the development, has provided the precious theory foundation for our country vocational education "double qualified" teacher troop construction. At the same time, the policies and regulations of the construction of the "double qualified" teachers are constantly optimized and perfected, which provides a strong policy guarantee for the development of the "double qualified" teachers. Among the various educational legislation in China, although the relevant departments have issued policies and regulations on the construction of the "double-qualified" teaching staff, it is compared with the construction of the international vocational education teaching staff. The policies and regulations of the construction of double-qualified teachers in our country are still not perfect and perfect. In this paper, the cultivation of "double qualified" teachers is studied as a policy, in order to sort out the policy development context of the construction of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities, and help to inherit the experience of the construction system of "double qualified" teachers. This paper analyzes the policy connotation and practice situation of "double-qualified" teacher training, and discusses its sustainable development plan. The core problem of this paper is what kind of "double-qualified" teachers and how to train "double-qualified" teachers in higher vocational education. Therefore, first of all, the author explains the policy of "double-qualified" teacher training in higher vocational colleges, and then analyzes the relevant research situation, and finds out the problems existing in the policy of "double-qualified" teacher training in higher vocational colleges and universities in China. Then on the basis of the comparative analysis of the policy, literature and practice of the training of "double qualified" teachers, the author puts forward the author's opinion, hoping to further improve the system of policies and regulations for the cultivation of "double qualified" teachers in higher vocational colleges and universities. Around the above core issues, the basic argument of this paper is: under the current background and conditions, "double qualified" teachers have important theoretical significance and practical value. However, the cultivation of "double-qualified" teachers depends on the reform of the development mode of vocational education and the reform of our educational system.
