服务广东产业转型升级培养轻工行业高端技能型人才的研究与实践

【摘要】：随着广东经济进入一个推进传统产业优化升级、形成现代产业体系的新阶段,轻工行业急需综合素质高、核心技能强的高端技能型人才,助推传统轻工向节能、环保、高效的现代产业转型升级。针对高职轻工类专业教学与行业企业转型升级的实际需求脱节导致企业"用工荒"与毕业生"就业难"同时并存的普遍问题,加强校企合作、强化专业建设和课程改革势在必行。项目成果组选取传统轻工类专业——高分子材料加工技术专业改革为切入点,经过5年实践,以点带面,带动8个工科专业(群)建设,提高了专业人才培养质量,培养了轻工行业亟需的高端技能型人才。
[Abstract]:As Guangdong's economy enters a new stage that promotes the optimization and upgrading of traditional industries and forms a modern industrial system, the light industry urgently needs high-end skilled personnel with high comprehensive quality and strong core skills to promote traditional light industry towards energy conservation and environmental protection. Efficient modern industrial transformation and upgrading. In view of the common problem that the teaching of light industry specialty in higher vocational education is out of step with the actual demand of enterprise transformation and upgrading, which leads to the coexistence of "shortage of employment" and "employment difficulty" of graduates, the cooperation between school and enterprise should be strengthened. It is imperative to strengthen professional construction and curriculum reform. The project achievement group selected the traditional light industry specialty-polymer material processing technology specialty as the breakthrough point, after 5 years' practice, led 8 engineering specialty (group) construction, improved the specialized personnel training quality, Trained the light industry urgently needs the high-end skill type talented person.
