职业教育校企合作难的根源及其对策研究——基于校企基本利益冲突视角

【摘要】：校企合作中利益冲突的根源在于职业学校和企业的本质属性迥异、社会使命不同和利益诉求差异,与此同时,职业教育的"外部性"特征也是重要原因之一。校企合作难的焦点就在于国家要求企业来承担本属于国家的职业教育义务,却忽视了企业的正当利益诉求。要解决校企合作难的困境,国家应当肯定和尊重企业在校企合作中的正当商业利益诉求,对企业进行合理补偿,以构建校企合作利益共同体。
[Abstract]:The root of the conflict of interest in the cooperation between school and enterprise lies in the fact that the nature of vocational school and enterprise is very different, the social mission is different and the interest demand is different. At the same time, the externality of vocational education is also one of the important reasons. The focus of the cooperation between school and enterprise lies in the fact that the state demands the enterprise to undertake the duty of vocational education which belongs to the state, but ignores the legitimate interests of the enterprise. In order to solve the difficult dilemma of cooperation between school and enterprise, the state should affirm and respect the legitimate commercial interests of enterprises in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, and make reasonable compensation to the enterprises in order to construct a community of interests of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
