教育集团化背景下江西省萍乡市交通职业学校办学的研究

【摘要】：职业教育集团化办学集企业、政府、职业院校、社会机构于一体,通过资源共享、优势互补、校企合作、订单培养等方式为社会经济创造巨大效益,日渐为社会和学界所关注。本文基于教育集团化为背景,研究江西省萍乡市交通职业学校办学的具体情况。论文首先对该校牵头组建萍乡市汽车职业教育集团进行介绍,然后发现该校组建教育集团后在专业设置、人才培养、课程设置、师资队伍建设、在校学生管理和技能型学校创建等方面特色明显且取得了较好的成效。其次,通过对学校领导和企业领导访谈,以汽车装配与制造、汽车运用与维修2个特色专业的师生进行问卷调研,深度分析了该校在组建萍乡市交通职业学校教育集团后的具体成效和制约因素。论文分析借鉴了英国现代学徒制、荷兰鹿特丹航运中心、印度NIIT等国外优秀职业教育办学的做法,针对该校办学的制约因素,从内部和外部两个层面提出优化对策。内部层面主要为实行教师教学和企业实训多元化,完善奖励制度来激发学生学习兴趣,采取引才育才战略提升教师队伍建设,完善职业教育体系;外部层面是要求政府和金融部门对职业教育集团化办学提供政策和金融支撑,给社会多做一些关于职业教育集团化办学理念正面宣传,提升职业教育集团化办学的知名度等。
[Abstract]:The collectivization of vocational education has created great benefits for social economy by means of resource sharing, complementary advantages, cooperation between schools and enterprises, order cultivation and so on, and has been paid more and more attention to by society and academic circles. Based on the background of education group, this paper studies the situation of running traffic vocational school in Pingxiang city, Jiangxi province. The paper first introduces the establishment of Pingxiang Automobile Vocational Education Group, and then finds out that after the establishment of the school's education group, it is found that after the establishment of the education group, the professional setting, talent training, curriculum setting, teaching staff construction, The characteristics of student management and the establishment of technical schools are obvious and good results have been achieved. Secondly, through the interviews with school leaders and enterprise leaders, a questionnaire survey was conducted between teachers and students of the two specialties of automobile assembly and manufacture, automobile use and maintenance. This paper deeply analyzes the concrete effect and restrictive factors after the establishment of Pingxiang City Traffic Vocational School Education Group. This paper analyzes and draws lessons from the modern apprenticeship system in England, Rotterdam Shipping Center of the Netherlands, NIIT of India and other foreign excellent vocational education practices. Aiming at the restrictive factors of the school, the paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures from the internal and external aspects. Internal level mainly for the implementation of teacher teaching and enterprise training diversification, improve the incentive system to stimulate students' interest in learning, adopt the strategy of talent training to promote the construction of teachers, improve the vocational education system; On the external level, the government and financial departments are required to provide policy and financial support for vocational education collectivization, to do more positive propaganda about the concept of vocational education collectivization, and to promote the popularity of vocational education collectivization.
