论高职院校文化内涵建设中学校文化与地方文化的融合——以无锡商业职业技术学院为例

【摘要】：高职院校服务地方经济社会发展的职责和职业教育属性,决定了高职院校在深化内涵建设过程中需要统筹学校文化、地方文化、企业文化之间的关系,并不断强化其内涵建设。文化内涵建设是高职院校内涵建设的重要内容之一,是高职院校巩固内涵建设成效的有力保障,而众多高职院校在推进学校文化内涵建设方面都面临着"建什么"和"怎么建"的问题。文章基于高职院校学校文化和地方文化融合视角,从高职院校学校文化和地方文化的基本概念入手,分析高职院校学校文化和地方文化融合的必要性及融合过程中存在的问题和不足,最后以无锡商业职业技术学院为例,探究两者有效融合应遵循的原则与路径,以期为提高高职院校内涵建设水平提供参考借鉴。
[Abstract]:The responsibility of serving local economic and social development and the attributes of vocational education in higher vocational colleges determine that higher vocational colleges need to coordinate the relationship among school culture, local culture and enterprise culture in the process of deepening connotation construction, and constantly strengthen their connotation construction. The construction of cultural connotation is one of the important contents of the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges. Many higher vocational colleges are faced with the problems of "what to build" and "how to build" in promoting the construction of school culture connotation. Based on the perspective of the fusion of school culture and local culture in higher vocational colleges, this paper starts with the basic concepts of school culture and local culture in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the necessity of the fusion of school culture and local culture in higher vocational colleges, and the problems and shortcomings in the process of integration. Finally, taking Wuxi Commercial Vocational and Technical College as an example, it probes into the principles and paths that should be followed in the effective integration of the two. In order to improve the level of connotation construction of higher vocational colleges to provide reference.
