高职院校青年教师职业发展研究——基于国家示范性高职院校的实证分析

【摘要】:高职青年教师的职业发展涵盖职业发展意识、能力和素质三个方面。通过对国家某所示范性高职院校的实证研究发现,青年教师的职业发展存在以下问题:青年教师普遍缺乏对自身职业发展的目标确立和具体规划;偏重于通过职称晋升来体现其专业能力;普遍缺乏接受有针对性的培训和进修的机会;青年教师对自身职业发展素质的理解不够全面等。针对这些问题,可以从提高青年教师待遇、提供培训进修机会、教师做好自身职业发展规划并努力行动三个层面促进青年教师职业发展。
[Abstract]:The professional development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges covers three aspects: professional development consciousness, ability and quality. Through the empirical study of a model higher vocational college in our country, it is found that there are the following problems in the career development of young teachers: young teachers generally lack the establishment and specific planning of their own professional development goals; Emphasis is placed on the promotion of professional titles to reflect their professional ability; the general lack of targeted training and training opportunities; young teachers of their own professional development quality understanding is not comprehensive enough and so on. In order to solve these problems, we can improve the treatment of young teachers, provide opportunities for training and further education, make their own career development plans and try their best to promote the career development of young teachers.
