企业参与职业教育校企合作的动因、障碍及促进政策研究

【摘要】：职业教育发展离不开企业的深度参与。目前我国的校企合作存在明显的学校"一头热"现象,企业缺乏积极参与的内驱力,热情不高。为了激发企业参与职业教育校企合作的积极性与主动性,我国政府借鉴发达国家校企合作办学的经验,推出了一系列政策措施。但是由于企业对参与校企合作的认识不到位、校企合作中企业的利益无法得到保证、促进校企合作的政策支持体系不够完善等原因导致我国职业教育校企合作的效果不尽如人意。文章在分析企业参与校企合作的动因与障碍的基础上,从为校企合作创造良好的舆论氛围、在政策上对企业参与校企合作进行积极引导、完善校企合作相关法律、充分发挥行业协会的桥梁纽带作用几方面提出了建议。
[Abstract]:The development of vocational education can not be separated from the deep participation of enterprises. At present, there is an obvious phenomenon of "hot school" in the cooperation of school and enterprise in our country, the enterprise lacks the drive of active participation, and the enthusiasm is not high. In order to stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of enterprises to participate in the cooperation of vocational education, our government has put forward a series of policies and measures for reference from the experience of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in developed countries. However, due to the lack of understanding of the enterprises participating in the cooperation between the schools and enterprises, the interests of the enterprises in the cooperation between the schools and enterprises cannot be guaranteed. The policy support system to promote the cooperation between schools and enterprises is not perfect, which leads to the unsatisfactory effect of the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education in China. On the basis of analyzing the reasons and obstacles for enterprises to participate in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, this paper creates a good atmosphere of public opinion for the cooperation of schools and enterprises, actively guides enterprises to participate in the cooperation of schools and enterprises in policy, and consummates the relevant laws of cooperation between schools and enterprises. Some suggestions are put forward to give full play to the bridge and tie function of the trade association.
