高职人才培养的新策略:基于“现场课堂”的探索与实践

【摘要】:以工程管理类专业为例,分析了以合作企业为依托、以施工现场为平台、以工程项目为载体,建成工学教研于一体的"现场课堂"的背景;提出了"现场课堂"的建设思路,明确了"现场课堂"的建设目标定位和对象选择原则;从多元共建、平台搭建、功能复合、标准引领和交替运行等5个方面,阐述了"现场课堂"的运行模式,介绍了"现场课堂"的实践成效。
[Abstract]:Taking the specialty of engineering management as an example, this paper analyzes the background of "on-site classroom", which is based on the cooperative enterprise, based on the construction site, and based on the engineering project as the carrier. This paper puts forward the train of thought of the construction of "on-site classroom", and clarifies the orientation of construction goal and the principle of object selection of "on-site classroom". This paper expounds the operation mode of "on-site classroom" and introduces the practical effect of "on-site classroom" from five aspects: plural co-construction, platform construction, functional compound, standard guidance and alternate operation.
