中专护生职业价值观现状调查及影响因素分析

【摘要】:目的: 通过对中专护生的职业价值观进行问卷调查,了解中专护生的职业价值观现状,并分析影响其职业价值观的相关因素。在此基础上,探索可能促进中专护生树立正确职业价值观的方法,为护理教育者及护理管理者开展护生职业价值观教育提供参考依据。 方法: 采用方便抽样的方法抽取长春市3所公立全日制护理中专学校的750名护生作为研究对象,,进行问卷调查。调查问卷由基本资料及影响因素问卷和Super职业价值观问卷两部分构成。采用Epidata3.1软件建立数据库进行数据的录入,应用SPSS17.0软件进行数据分析,计量资料描述性统计分析,单因素分析采用t检验、方差分析、秩和检验,将单因素分析中结果有差异的因素纳入回归分析。 结果: 1.研究共发放问卷750份,收回750份,回收率100%;有效问卷664份,有效率88.5%。 2.中专护生认为最重要的5项职业价值观的维度分别是:同事关系(16.732.69)、生活方式(16.142.73)、工作环境(16.113.04)、经济报酬(16.112.74)、成就感(16.042.79);认为最不重要的5项价值观维度是:创造性(14.332.91)、管理能力(14.452.70)、变动性(14.532.58)、美感(15.172.76)、独立性(15.292.77)。 3.职业价值观三大指标中,中专护生的重视程度从高到低分别为外在报酬(15.992.24)、外在价值(15.832.24)、内在价值(15.232.10)。 4.中专护生职业价值观在15个维度上有不同的影响因素,包括性别、年龄、有无实习经历、教师职业价值观、对护理人员社会地位的认识等。 结论: 1.中专护生职业价值观特点:过分注重人际关系,忽视工作中的独立性;强调外在报酬,忽视内在价值。 2.中专护生职业价值观影响因素包括性别、选择护理专业的原因、年级、性格特点、护理教师价值观、是否喜欢护理职业等。 3.有实习经历的护生职业价值观的影响因素包括实习中与患者的关系好坏程度、在实习中与带教老师的关系、实习的满意程度。 4.培养护生综合能力,提升内在价值,开展职业价值观教育,有针对性地采用不同方法树立护生正确职业价值观;同时提升护理教师的职业价值观。 5.重视实习因素对护生职业价值观的影响。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the present situation of vocational values of nursing students in vocational secondary school by questionnaire, and to analyze the related factors affecting their professional values. On this basis, the author explores the methods that may promote nursing students to set up correct professional values, and provide reference basis for nursing educators and nursing administrators to carry out vocational values education of nursing students. Methods: 750 nursing students from 3 public full-time nursing secondary schools in Changchun were selected by convenient sampling. The questionnaire consists of two parts: basic information and influencing factors questionnaire and Super career values questionnaire. Epidata3.1 software is used to establish database for data input, SPSS17.0 software is used for data analysis, descriptive statistical analysis for metrological data, single factor analysis using t test, variance analysis, rank sum test, etc. Factors with different results in univariate analysis were included in regression analysis. Results: 1. A total of 750 questionnaires were sent out, 750 were recovered, the recovery rate was 100 and 664 were valid, the effective rate was 88. 5%. 2. The most important dimensions of vocational values were coworker relationship (16.732.69), lifestyle (16.142.73), working environment (16.113.04), and financial reward (16.112.74). Sense of achievement (16.042.79); The most important values were creativity (14.332.91), managerial ability (14.452.70), variability (14.532.58), aesthetic feeling (15.172.76) and independence (15.292.77). 3. Among the three indexes of vocational values, the external reward (15.992.24), external value (15.832.24), and intrinsic value (15.232.10) were the emphasis degree of nursing students in technical secondary school from high to low. 4. The vocational values of nursing students in technical secondary school have different influencing factors in 15 dimensions, including gender, age, practice experience, teachers' professional values, and the understanding of the social status of nursing staff. Conclusion: 1. The characteristics of vocational values of nursing students in technical secondary schools are that they pay too much attention to interpersonal relationships and neglect their independence in their work; they emphasize external reward and neglect the intrinsic value. 2. The influencing factors of vocational values of nursing students in technical secondary school include gender, reason of choosing nursing specialty, grade, personality, values of nursing teachers, whether they like nursing profession, etc. 3. The influencing factors of nursing students' professional values with practical experience include the degree of relationship between practice and patients, the relationship between practice and teaching teachers, and the degree of satisfaction of practice. 4. To cultivate the comprehensive ability of nursing students, to promote the intrinsic value, to carry out vocational value education, to adopt different methods to set up the correct professional values of nursing students, and to promote the professional values of nursing teachers at the same time. 5. Attach importance to the influence of practice factors on the professional values of nursing students.
