高职院校学生生涯发展辅导体系研究
[Abstract]:Because of its strong requirement of vocational skill education, higher vocational colleges closely focus on the need of enterprise post skills in the training of students. This training way conveys a large number of skilled talents who can take up posts directly for enterprises. However, because the school does not establish a systematic career development guidance system, the students generally lack the awareness of career development planning, and the problems of this training mode, which only pays attention to the cultivation of students' skills, are exposed day by day. The students are only skilled workers with general skills, ignoring the inner link between the more important career choices and the development of life. With the social progress and diversification, humanization, refinement, sustainable talent training needs, schools should not just be satisfied with finding a job for students, but to help students to build their own, Scientific and reasonable career development planning to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development. Based on the questionnaire survey of students and student administrators in some higher vocational colleges, this paper draws lessons from the advanced experience of the countries and regions where career development guidance is mature, and combines the existing resources and advantages of higher vocational colleges in our country. This paper studies the establishment of career development guidance system in higher vocational colleges. This paper constructs a career development guidance system in higher vocational colleges from four aspects: goal system, organization system, content system and evaluation system, and develops students' self-concept by broadening the content and time period of career development guidance. Combining conventional guidance with special guidance, combining ideological and political education with career development guidance, changing the concept of career development guidance, changing the concept of employment guidance only for graduates at present, carrying out the "whole process" and "divided into stages". The "key" new career development guidance concept, and through the integration of existing student management departments and teachers and other resources, the establishment of specialized career counseling institutions, training professional career counseling team, Finally, a set of socialized and open career development guidance system with school as the main body and students' parents and social forces actively participating in the cooperation is established.
