高职院校汽车营销人才培养模式研究

【摘要】:我国高职院校汽车营销专业是为适应汽车市场不断增长的发展需求,为汽车行业培养更多合格营销人才而设置的。 本文正是基于这样的背景,以关注我国高等职业院校汽车技术服务与营销(简称“汽车营销”)专业教育质量为核心,以构建理想的汽车营销人才培养模式为目的,对汽车技术服务与营销专业教育的模式从理论和实践上进行探讨,对教学体系中存在的问题及其原因进行深入的分析和研究,力图通过构建科学的培养模式来保障高职汽车营销专业人才的培养质量稳步提高,更好地服务于社会经济的发展。 本论文共分为五大部分:论文研究的第一部分为绪论,主要阐述了研究的背景和意义及相应的思路与方法;第二部分是阐述相关的概念与前人已有的学术成果。论文研究的第三部分是分析营销人才模式的现状,包括对我国汽车营销培养方式进行改革的必要性、培养目标存在的偏差及产生的原因,,这是本论文研究的重点之一;第四部分是在对我国汽车营销人才培养现状分析基础上,提出建设性的意见。第五部分对本论文的研究作个总结。
[Abstract]:Automobile marketing major in higher vocational colleges of our country is set up to adapt to the increasing demand of automobile market and train more qualified marketing talents for automobile industry. Based on this background, this paper focuses on the education quality of automobile technical service and marketing in higher vocational colleges and universities in China, and sets up an ideal training model for automobile marketing talents. The mode of automobile technical service and marketing education is discussed theoretically and practically, and the problems existing in the teaching system and its causes are deeply analyzed and studied. This paper tries to construct a scientific training model to ensure the steady improvement of the training quality of automobile marketing professionals in higher vocational colleges and better serve the development of social economy. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part of the paper is an introduction, mainly describes the background and significance of the study and the corresponding ideas and methods; the second part is to elaborate the related concepts and previous academic achievements. The third part of the thesis is to analyze the current situation of the marketing talent model, including the necessity of reforming the training mode of automobile marketing in China, the deviation of the training goal and the reasons, which is one of the emphases of this paper. The fourth part is on the basis of analyzing the present situation of automobile marketing talents training in our country, and puts forward constructive suggestions. The fifth part summarizes the research of this paper.
