京津冀职业教育协同发展的问题与推进路径

【摘要】：京津冀协同发展是国家的重大发展战略,京津冀职业教育协同发展是其重要内容之一。尽管目前京津冀三地职业教育协同发展日益呈现多样化样态,但仍存在诸多问题。文章认为,政府加强相关政策引导、合理优化资源配置,明确协同发展目标、创新协同发展理念,建立健全各项体制机制、统一协同合作发展体系,以就业市场需求为导向、推动区域职业教育协同发展,是推进京津冀三地职业教育协同发展的重要路径。
[Abstract]:The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is an important national development strategy, and the coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is one of its important contents. Although the coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is increasingly diversified, there are still many problems. The paper holds that the government should strengthen the relevant policy guidance, rationally optimize the allocation of resources, clarify the goal of coordinated development, innovate the concept of coordinated development, establish and perfect various institutional mechanisms, unify the cooperative development system, and take the demand of the job market as the guide. Promoting the coordinated development of regional vocational education is an important way to promote the coordinated development of vocational education in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
