高职生职业生涯初期就业稳定性研究——以江苏建筑职业技术学院为例

【摘要】：高职毕业生近年来存在职业生涯初期稳定性不高,就业质量和满意度较低等问题。基于对江苏建筑职业技术学院近三年毕业生就业进行的实证调研与数据分析,探索影响高职院校毕业生职业生涯初期稳定性的影响因素,并通过加强宏观调控、调整用人机制、回归教育本质、建立生涯规划等四个方面提出相应对策建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, higher vocational graduates have some problems, such as low stability, low employment quality and satisfaction. Based on the empirical investigation and data analysis of graduates' employment in Jiangsu Institute of Architectural Technology in the past three years, this paper explores the influencing factors that affect the stability of graduates' career in the early stage of their careers, and adjusts the employment mechanism through strengthening macro-control and adjusting the employment mechanism. To return to the essence of education, to establish career planning and other four aspects of the corresponding countermeasures.
