县级职教中心专业设置问题研究

【摘要】:专业设置问题是发展“面向农村”职业教育的关键。本研究主要通过对吉林省的D县、S市和T县以及浙江省的C县职教中心进行实地调研,并通过对几所学校的老师和同学进行访谈和问卷调查,以及与上级教育领导部门的相关人员访谈来了解当前县级职教中心发展中专业发展的现状以及发展过程中存在的问题,并深度探析其原因,以求能够提出合理有效的对策建议,以求丰富农村职业教育发展理论,为县级职教中心发展和农村职业教育发展提供借鉴。 文章以吉林省三所县级职教中心和浙江省一所县级职教中心为主要研究对象。以文献研究法、调查研究法为主要的研究方法。 第一部分内容为前言,主要包括研究的背景与研究意义,研究思路与研究内容以及研究方法等。 第二部分内容是职业教育专业设置的相关理论研究,包括相关的概念界定,职业教育专业设置研究的理论依据以及相关政策依据。 第三部分内容主要是对吉林省D、S和T三县和浙江省C县县级职教中心的专业设置问题进行的调查研究,,包括几所县级职教中心的调研过程、情况介绍和对于专业设置各方面现状的阐述。 第四部分内容主要是对县级职教中心专业设置发展中取得的经验及存在的问题进行的阐述。经验主要有:实行专业布局统筹和调整;加强校企合作;开辟了“校企府农”的职教模式。问题主要有专业名称不规范;专业规模小、效益低;专业设置以升学专业为主、就业类专业较少;地区间学校专业重复、缺少特色与品牌专业;专业设置与地方经济和社会需求脱节,忽视三农的需要。 第五部分内容是对县级职教中心专业设置中存在的问题进行原因分析,主要受传统教育观念、学校发展主动性、就业形势、资金投入、实习实训设备、师资、教育体系、政府、企业和行业的支持与合作、经济发展水平等因素影响。 第六部分内容主要是关于县级职教中心专业发展的对策,主要包括完善职业教育体系,转变传统教育思想观念,学历教育与短期培训相结合,提升学校办学实力以增强吸引力,加强学校与政府、行业和企业间的合作等做法。
[Abstract]:The problem of specialty setting is the key to develop rural-oriented vocational education. This study mainly through the field investigation of D County, S City and T County in Jilin Province and C County Vocational Education Center in Zhejiang Province, and through interviews and questionnaires to teachers and students of several schools. As well as interviews with related personnel of higher education leading departments to understand the current situation of professional development in the development of county vocational education centers and the problems existing in the development process, and to explore the causes in depth, in order to be able to put forward reasonable and effective countermeasures and suggestions. In order to enrich the theory of rural vocational education development and provide reference for the development of county vocational education center and rural vocational education. This paper focuses on three county vocational education centers in Jilin province and a county vocational education center in Zhejiang province. Literature research method, investigation research method as the main research method. The first part is the preface, including the background and significance of the research, research ideas, research content and research methods. The second part is the related theoretical research of vocational education specialty setting, including the definition of relevant concepts, the theoretical basis and relevant policy basis of vocational education specialty establishment research. The third part mainly focuses on the investigation and research on the professional establishment of vocational education centers at county level in DXS and T counties of Jilin Province and C County in Zhejiang Province, including the investigation process of several vocational education centers at county level. Introduction and introduction to the current situation of professional setup. The fourth part mainly expounds the experience and problems in the development of county vocational education center. Experience mainly includes: carrying out professional layout and adjustment; strengthening cooperation between school and enterprise; opening up the vocational education mode of "school and enterprise government agriculture". The main problems are that the professional name is not standardized; the professional scale is small and the benefit is low; the major setting is the major of advanced education and the major of employment is less; Professional setting and local economic and social needs are out of touch, ignoring the needs of agriculture, countryside and farmers. The fifth part is to analyze the causes of the problems in the specialty setting of the county vocational education center, mainly by the traditional education idea, the school development initiative, the employment situation, the fund investment, the practice training equipment, the teacher, the education system, the government, Business and industry support and cooperation, economic development level and other factors. The sixth part is mainly about the countermeasures of the professional development of the county vocational education center, mainly including perfecting the vocational education system, changing the traditional educational ideology, combining the academic education with short-term training, enhancing the strength of the school to enhance the attraction. Strengthen the cooperation between school and government, industry and enterprise, etc.
