民办高等职业学校的企业化发展战略研究

【摘要】：民办高等职业学校是中国高等教育的重要发展形式之一,为我国的高等教育发展做出了巨大的贡献,包括其对教育经费来源渠道拓展、对社会教育资源的优化配置等方面,已经成为当前中国高等教育不可或缺的重要组合部分。但由于众多历史及社会原因,民办高等职业学校的发展愈发变的困难,相对公立教育的经费来源与优质生源,民办高等职业学校必须在教书育人的同时,实现自我生存乃至盈利,这是一对难以调和的矛盾。因此,针对民办高等学校的发展模式、发展战略进行相关探讨、研究,对高等学校的发展具有极为重要的现实意义。针对这一问题,本文提出以企业化的视角,看待并研究民办高等学校的发展战略问题,从而为民办高等学校的发展提供一种新的选择思路。首先,本文对企业的发展战略与成长战略进行深入的探讨研究,对企业战略的影响因素、特征与构成要素进行了详细的阐述,进而构建了企业的战略决策模型及其基本框架。并在此基础上,明确了企业成长的专业化、一体化及多元化发展战略模式,为企业化战略理论在民办高校中的应用奠定了基础。其次,对民办高校所具有的企业化特征进行了探讨研究,民办高校的这一特征表现是本文研究的关键,通过民办高校与企业既有特征的对比研究,本文认为,民办高校普通具有企业的相关特征表现,这一表现包括经济性、商品性与营利性。继而,在以上特征、特性的基础上,本文利用SWOT分析方法对民办高校的外部机会、威胁与内部优势、劣势进行系统性分析研究,并结合DS/AHP方法对所得各因素进行排序,以此给出了民办高等学校的发展战略模式选择方法,实现了以企业化视角对发办高等学校发展战略研究的初衷,为民办高等学校提供了新的、更优化的发展战略选择。最后,综合以上理论方法研究,以大连博文学校为例,利用论文研究所得发展战略选择方法,对其现有及未来发展进行了战略选择研究,并最终给定与其相对应的发展战略,验证了本文所得理论方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:Private higher vocational schools are one of the important development forms of higher education in China. They have made great contributions to the development of higher education in China, including the expansion of the sources of educational funds, the optimal allocation of social educational resources, and so on. It has become an indispensable and important part of higher education in China. However, due to many historical and social reasons, the development of private higher vocational schools becomes more and more difficult. Compared with the sources of public education funds and high quality students, private higher vocational schools must teach and educate people at the same time. To achieve self-existence and even profitability is a contradiction that is difficult to reconcile. Therefore, it is of great practical significance for the development of colleges and universities to explore and study the development model and development strategy of private colleges and universities. In view of this problem, this paper puts forward to treat and study the development strategy of private colleges and universities from the perspective of enterprise, so as to provide a new way of thinking for the development of private colleges and universities. Firstly, this paper makes a deep study on the development strategy and growth strategy of the enterprise, expounds in detail the influencing factors, characteristics and components of the enterprise strategy, and then constructs the strategic decision-making model and its basic framework of the enterprise. On this basis, this paper clarifies the strategic mode of specialization, integration and diversification of enterprise growth, which lays a foundation for the application of enterprise strategy theory in private colleges and universities. Secondly, the characteristics of private colleges and universities are discussed and studied. This characteristic is the key of this paper. Through the comparative study between private colleges and enterprises, this paper holds that, Private colleges and universities have the related characteristics of enterprises, including economy, commodity and profitability. Then, on the basis of the above characteristics and characteristics, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the external opportunities, threats, internal strengths and weaknesses of private colleges and universities by using the SWOT analysis method, and combines the DS/AHP method to sort out the factors. On this basis, this paper gives the method of selecting the development strategy model of private colleges and universities, realizes the original intention of the development strategy research of private colleges and universities from the perspective of enterprise, and provides a new and more optimized development strategy choice for private colleges and universities. Finally, synthesizing the above theoretical and methodological studies, taking Dalian Bowen School as an example, using the development strategy choice method of the paper, the paper studies the current and future development of the strategic choice, and finally gives the corresponding development strategy. The feasibility of the theoretical method obtained in this paper is verified.
