[Abstract]:At present, EQ education is paid more and more attention. The vocational education, which the country pays more and more attention to, should follow the development of the times and grasp the lifeline of emotional quotient education, according to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students and the characteristics of each specialty curriculum. Reasonably and effectively permeate EQ education into all aspects of education and teaching, so that the secondary vocational school students not only have solid professional skills and strong practical ability, but also form a relatively sound personality psychological quality. This paper mainly studies how to make use of the teaching of "Accounting basis" to penetrate EQ education, and analyzes some practical problems existing in the current teaching of "Accounting basis" in Secondary Vocational School. By digging into the elements of EQ in the teaching of Accounting Foundation, combining with the characteristics of the students' learning situation, the paper analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward practical and effective strategies to enable the students in the secondary vocational school to cooperate as a team and to resist setbacks. Creative ability, interpersonal ability and other aspects of EQ literacy have been effectively improved to have a stronger social competitiveness. The first chapter: introduction: in the present secondary vocational school does not have the specific individual EQ education curriculum to carry on the systematic education and the permeation to the student, through the reference domestic and foreign massive literature, The significance of this paper is put forward from two aspects: theory and practice. Chapter two: the necessity and possibility of permeation: the psychological characteristics and learning status of secondary vocational school students are the practical basis of infiltrating emotional quotient education in secondary vocational school. The characteristics of its teaching and the EQ resources contained in the curriculum make it possible to infiltrate EQ education in secondary vocational school. The third chapter: the problems existing in the infiltration: in the actual teaching, the teaching goal is not reasonable, and the focus of the emotional quotient element excavated by the knowledge point is not prominent. The lack of pertinence of emotional quotient and too much attention to professional skills make the psychological development of students' personality unbalance in teaching. Chapter four: the reason of the unreasonable infiltration: the lagged development of the educational concept, the unreasonable grasp of the teaching method and the utilitarian of the learning motivation are the reasons leading to the improper infiltration of EQ in the teaching. Chapter five: the specific strategies of penetration: changing ideas, adjusting teaching methods, strengthening classroom routine and perfecting teaching evaluation methods, so as to achieve better teaching effect.
