中等职业学校专业教师企业兼职研究

【摘要】：中职学校专业教师实践能力缺乏,企业顶岗实践培训的效果不佳。企业兼职对提升教师专业实践能力、促进教学改革的作用受到了教师群体的认同。文章在分析了中职专业教师企业兼职利弊基础上,借鉴高校已有的管理措施与方法,提出制定"中等职业学校专业教师企业兼职管理规定"的建议,界定允许兼职的范围、明确符合兼职的条件、说明兼职的时间、违规情况处理、完善审批和核实的流程、维护教师自主性及合理利益,通过企业兼职促进中职师资队伍建设。
[Abstract]:The practical ability of professional teachers in secondary vocational schools is lacking, and the effect of practical training in enterprises is not good. The effect of part-time work on improving teachers' professional practice ability and promoting teaching reform has been recognized by teachers. On the basis of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of part-time jobs in secondary vocational school professional teacher enterprises, the paper draws lessons from the existing management measures and methods in colleges and universities, and puts forward some suggestions for formulating "regulations on the part-time management of professional teachers' enterprises in secondary vocational schools", and defines the scope of allowing part-time jobs. It clearly conforms to the conditions of part-time work, explains the time of part-time work, deals with irregularities, consummates the process of examination and approval and verification, maintains teachers' autonomy and reasonable interests, and promotes the construction of teaching staff in secondary vocational schools through part-time work in enterprises.
