我国“职普融通”的理论机制探究

【摘要】:目前,职业教育与普通教育的不同轨道发展已经严重阻碍了自身发展以及经济和社会的发展。主要表现在:职业教育招生难,高等教育就业难,毕业生的生存困境与可持续发展矛盾加剧;经济发展对技术技能人才的综合素质要求日益提高,对应用型本科的需求成为发展重点。应对上述挑战,职业教育与普通教育相互沟通是一条可供选择的必然之路。但促使其沟通融合并非易事,需在政策层面建立联动的责任机制,在对外宣传方面建立多渠道的信息沟通机制。具体操作方面,需立足于课程实施,开展职业教育与普通教育的课程衔接。同时,要不断完善数据共享平台,为未来的各项工作持续发展打下坚实基础。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of vocational education and general education has seriously hindered their own development and economic and social development. The main manifestations are: recruitment of vocational education difficult, employment of higher education difficult, the survival of graduates and sustainable development of contradictions intensified; The demands of economic development on the comprehensive quality of technical and technical talents are increasing, and the demand for applied undergraduate courses has become the focus of development. In response to these challenges, communication between vocational education and general education is an inevitable alternative. However, it is not easy to promote their communication and fusion. It is necessary to establish a linkage responsibility mechanism at the policy level and a multi-channel information communication mechanism in the aspect of external propaganda. In terms of specific operation, we should base on the implementation of curriculum and carry out the linking of vocational education and general education. At the same time, we should constantly improve the data sharing platform to lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the future work.
