利益相关者视阈下我国现代职业教育治理结构研究

【摘要】:从"管理"走向"治理"是构建现代职教体系和激发职业教育办学活力的应然价值选择。依据利益相关者的理论分析框架,当前可以构建政府、市场、行业、职业学校等治理主体共同参与的"政府引导、市场主导、行业指导、学校自主"的多元网状治理结构。为确保此结构良性运转,需要建立健全多元协商的决策机制、多措并举的监督机制和公平规范的激励机制。
[Abstract]:From "management" to "governance" is the necessary value choice to construct modern vocational education system and stimulate the vitality of vocational education. According to the theoretical analysis framework of stakeholders, the multi-grid governance structure of government, market, industry, vocational school and so on can be constructed, which is "government guidance, market leading, industry guidance, school autonomy". In order to ensure the benign operation of this structure, it is necessary to establish and improve the decision-making mechanism of pluralistic consultation, the supervision mechanism of multi-measures and the incentive mechanism of fairness and standardization.
