高职院校树立文化自信的策略研究

【摘要】：文化自信是高职院校发展的内在驱动力和精神源泉,树立文化自信是高职院校发展的重要任务。高职院校因为其自身发展条件的限制文化积淀不够深厚,因此在文化传承与创新中缺乏文化自觉和文化自信。高职院校应该清醒地认知自己在文化建设方面的优势与劣势,并依据自身特色,通过梳理文化脉络、分析发展成就、借力企业文化资源和本科院校先进经验等方式树立文化自信,推动学校的文化育人功能发挥和内涵建设。
[Abstract]:Cultural self-confidence is the internal driving force and spiritual source of the development of higher vocational colleges, and the establishment of cultural self-confidence is an important task for the development of higher vocational colleges. Higher vocational colleges lack cultural consciousness and cultural confidence in cultural inheritance and innovation because their own development conditions limit the cultural accumulation is not deep enough. Higher vocational colleges should soberly recognize their strengths and weaknesses in cultural construction and analyze their development achievements through combing the cultural context according to their own characteristics. By means of enterprise cultural resources and advanced experience of undergraduate colleges and universities to establish cultural self-confidence and promote the cultural education function of the school and connotation construction.
