从无序到有序:我国现代职业教育协同共治之理

【摘要】:我国现代职业教育的治道选择要观照职业教育现状,更要在对"现代化"内涵的深刻体悟中合理地做出。从系统科学的研究视角出发,我国现代职业教育在整体上呈现出杂乱无章、各行其是的混乱"无序"状态,各治理主体之间联接纽带不强、角色定位不明、权责关系不清。"有序"是现代职业教育治理体系的理想境界,可以促进职业教育治理体系的功能整合、启动体系内部运行的自组织机制、提高体系对外部环境的自适应性。协同构成有序之源,通过推动体系内部的利益契合度、权责明晰度、道德规约度与信息沟通度等序参量的变动,多元主体的协同共治必将推动现代职业教育实现从"无序"到"有序"的质的飞跃。
[Abstract]:The ruling choice of modern vocational education in our country should consider the present situation of vocational education, and should be reasonably made in the profound understanding of the connotation of "modernization". From the perspective of system science, modern vocational education in China presents a chaotic and "disorderly" state in its entirety. The links between the governing subjects are not strong, their roles are unclear, and the relationship between power and responsibility is unclear. " Order "is an ideal realm of modern vocational education governance system, which can promote the function integration of vocational education governance system, initiate the self-organizing mechanism of the internal operation of the system, and improve the self-adaptability of the system to the external environment. Synergy constitutes the source of order by promoting the change of order parameters such as benefit fit, clarity of power and responsibility, moral regulation and information communication, etc. The cooperative governance of multiple subjects will promote the qualitative leap from "disorder" to "order" in modern vocational education.
