江苏省高职教育供给侧结构性优化研究

【摘要】：在江苏省经济结构性改革全面推进的背景下,高职教育面临着新形势和新要求。亟须从教育结构内部着手,针对分布结构区域发展欠均衡、层次结构单一、形式结构多元化供给力不足、专业结构性"过剩"和"缺失"并存等结构性问题,采取优化空间结构,促进区域均衡发展、层次结构上移,完善高职教育体系,匹配产业发展调优专业结构等对策,全面提升江苏高职教育发展水平,为产业经济发展提供有效精准的人才供给。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic structural reform in Jiangsu Province, higher vocational education is facing new situation and new requirements. It is urgent to proceed from the inside of the educational structure and to address the structural problems such as the unbalanced development of the regional distribution structure, the singleness of the hierarchical structure, the lack of diversified supply capacity of the formal structure, and the coexistence of the "surplus" and "lack" of the professional structure. By optimizing the spatial structure, promoting the balanced development of the region, moving up the hierarchy structure, perfecting the higher vocational education system, matching the industrial development and optimizing the professional structure, and so on, the development level of higher vocational education in Jiangsu Province can be improved in an all-round way. To provide an effective and accurate supply of talents for the development of industrial economy.
