高职院校教师职业压力:模型检验与实证分析

【摘要】：以宁波市6所高职院校专任教师为研究对象,以自编《高职院校教师职业压力量表》为工具,对高职院校教师职业压力进行模型检验与实证分析。研究发现:高职院校教师职业压力由工作负荷与自我发展压力、科研压力、人际关系压力、学生行为压力和管理环境压力等五个因子构成;高职院校教师存在不同程度职业压力,其中科研压力较大是高职院校教师职业压力的显著特征。基于此,对高职院校教师科研压力提出教师"自助"与"他助"缓释建议。
[Abstract]:Taking the full-time teachers from six higher vocational colleges in Ningbo as the research object and the self-compiled Professional stress scale for Teachers in higher Vocational Colleges as a tool, this paper makes a model test and empirical analysis on the professional stress of teachers in higher vocational colleges. It is found that the professional stress of teachers in higher vocational colleges is composed of five factors: workload and self-development pressure, scientific research pressure, interpersonal relationship pressure, student behavior pressure and management environment pressure, and teachers in higher vocational colleges have different degrees of professional stress, among which the great pressure of scientific research is the remarkable characteristic of teachers' professional stress in higher vocational colleges. Based on this, this paper puts forward some suggestions on teachers'"self-help" and "other help" sustained release under the pressure of teachers' scientific research in higher vocational colleges.
