理事会管理模式下二级产业学院办学体制与培养模式创新研究与实践

【摘要】：目前,我国校企合作受到政府、职业院校和企业的广泛重视,但是,由于没有与之相配套的政策法规,使政校企合作三方在权利、义务上存在较大分歧和矛盾,阻碍了校企合作的深入发展,企业缺乏与学校的合作动力。本文从当前职业教育的实际情况出发,探索解决校企合作体制机制问题,解决人才培养环节的企业合作动力问题;解决以往人才培养过程中的岗位对接不紧密、培养体系不完善问题,创新合作育人模式。
[Abstract]:At present, the cooperation between schools and enterprises in China has been paid more and more attention by the government, vocational colleges and enterprises. However, due to the lack of matching policies and regulations, there are great differences and contradictions in the rights and obligations of the three parties in the cooperation between schools and enterprises, which hinders the further development of cooperation between schools and enterprises, and the lack of cooperation power between enterprises and schools. Based on the actual situation of vocational education at present, this paper explores to solve the problems of school-enterprise cooperation system and mechanism, to solve the problem of enterprise cooperation motive force in the link of talent training, to solve the problems of incomplete post docking, imperfect training system and innovation of cooperation and education mode in the process of personnel training in the past.
