幼儿园混龄课程园本化研究

【摘要】:混龄教育对促进独生子女社会化、个性化及其智力、语言发展有独特意义。本文提出在混龄课程园本化过程中,为适应中国国情,混龄课程的目标应突出全纳性与层次性,内容应注重生活化与适宜点,组织形式应体现多元化和灵活性。混龄课程与非混龄课程既能有机整合又有微妙差异,教师应灵活采用混龄、分龄、个别等多种组织形式,并在各类活动中最大限度地促进异龄互动。
[Abstract]:Mixed age education is of special significance in promoting the socialization, individuation, intelligence and language development of the only child. In this paper, in order to adapt to the national conditions of China, the aim of the mixed-age curriculum should be emphasized on the inclusive and hierarchical, the content should be focused on the life and the suitable points, and the organizational form should reflect the diversity and flexibility in the course of the mixed-age curriculum park. The mixed-age curriculum and the non-mixed-age curriculum can be organically integrated and have subtle differences. Teachers should adopt various organizational forms such as mixed age, age division, individual and so on, and promote cross-age interaction to the maximum extent in all kinds of activities.
