走进生活:一位幼儿园优秀教师专业生活的叙事研究

【摘要】:当前,越来越多研究者开始关注教师专业生活的研究,叙事研究也受到了我国教育理论界的关注。幼儿园教师专业生活是什么样的状态,个体应如何建构自己的专业生活等问题,在目前,研究的较少。本研究选取了一位幼儿园优秀教师,对其专业生活进行叙事研究,总结该教师专业生活的特征,探析在专业生活中存在的问题,分析影响因素,并提出促进建议,这对于促进幼儿园教师的专业成长具有理论价值和现实意义。本研究采用叙事研究法,走进一位幼儿园优秀教师的真实生活,进行为期五周的实地观察,并对该教师进行多次随机访谈和两次半结构化深度访谈。通过对S老师在幼儿园一日活动中的晨间活动、区域活动、集体教学活动、户外活动、节日活动和教研活动中的关键事件进行深描,获得对S老师专业生活的整体印象,分别得出S老师在六个方面活动的专业生活特征。并总结为:根据本班幼儿的实际情况灵活开展教学,并创设有利于幼儿发展的环境;因材施教,教育方法多样化;注重培养幼儿的规则意识;注重对幼儿的情感教育;教学中的行动力较强;活动材料更新速度较慢。通过对S老师专业生活的观察,发现S老师专业生活中存在的问题:忙于琐事,无法全身心投入幼儿园活动中;重复和被动的教学,无法调动教师积极性;过度注重常规培养,阻碍幼儿的个性发展。S老师专业生活受到多方面不同程度的影响:社会方面,社会对幼儿园教师的偏见;幼儿园方面,工作环境对S老师专业生活的影响;家庭方面,父母的教育观念对职业选择的影响,成长经历对个人品质形成的影响;教师自身方面,S老师具有责任心、勤奋踏实、乐观、积极向上的个性特征,具有善于沟通的人际交往品质。针对S老师专业生活中存在的问题及影响因素,本研究从社会、幼儿园和教师自身三个方面对S老师专业生活提出促进建议:社会方面幼儿园教师应受到社会支持;幼儿园方面应重视对教师的人文关怀,并为幼儿园教师提供更多的学习和发展机会;教师自身方面应学会自我关怀,增强自我管理意识,不断提高自身专业素养,并保持一份专业情怀。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more researchers begin to pay attention to the research of teachers' professional life. At present, there are few researches on the status of kindergarten teachers' professional life and how individuals should construct their own professional life. This study selects an excellent kindergarten teacher, carries on the narrative research to its professional life, summarizes the characteristics of the teacher's professional life, analyzes the problems existing in the professional life, analyzes the influencing factors, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the professional life. It is of theoretical value and practical significance to promote the professional growth of kindergarten teachers. This study adopts narrative research method to walk into the real life of an excellent kindergarten teacher, and conduct a five-week field observation, and carry out several random interviews and two semi-structured in-depth interviews with the teacher. Through the deep description of the key events in the morning activities, regional activities, group teaching activities, outdoor activities, festival activities and teaching and research activities of S teachers in kindergarten, the overall impression of the professional life of S teachers is obtained. The characteristics of professional life of teacher S in six aspects are obtained. And summarized as follows: flexible teaching according to the actual situation of the children in this class and creating an environment conducive to the development of children; teaching according to their aptitude and diversification of educational methods; pay attention to the training of children's awareness of rules; pay attention to emotional education of young children; The action ability in teaching is strong and the renewal speed of active materials is slow. Through the observation of the professional life of teacher S, we find that the problems in the professional life of teacher S are too busy to devote themselves to kindergarten activities, repeated and passive teaching, unable to arouse the enthusiasm of teachers, and paying too much attention to conventional training. The professional life of teachers is affected by various degrees: social aspects, social prejudice against kindergarten teachers; kindergarten, the impact of working environment on the professional life of S teachers; family, The influence of parents' educational concept on career choice, the influence of growing up experience on the formation of personal quality, and the teachers' sense of responsibility, diligence, optimism and positive personality, Good communication skills. In view of the problems existing in the professional life of S teachers and the influencing factors, this study puts forward some suggestions to promote the professional life of S teachers from the three aspects of society, kindergartens and teachers themselves: social teachers should receive social support; The kindergarten should attach importance to the humanistic care of teachers and provide more learning and development opportunities for kindergarten teachers, and teachers themselves should learn self-care, enhance their awareness of self-management, and constantly improve their professional literacy. And maintain a professional feelings.
