幼儿园教师教育的中职时代应该淡出

【摘要】：教师教育大学化、幼儿园教师专业化是大势所趋,因而幼儿园教师教育的中职时代逐渐淡出是必然的;教师教育的专业化要求教师教育机构需要相应的专业资质,中职幼师专业不具备这种资质,因而淡出也是必要的;淡出后的中职幼师专业与高校联合办学、转换培养目标等是可行的选择。
[Abstract]:The specialization of teachers' education requires teachers' professional qualifications, and the specialization of kindergarten teachers' specialization is the trend of the times, so it is inevitable that the secondary vocational education of kindergarten teachers' education should fade out gradually, and the specialization of teachers' education requires teachers' educational institutions to have corresponding professional qualifications. It is necessary to fade out because the specialty of secondary vocational school does not possess this kind of qualification, and it is a feasible choice to combine the specialty of secondary vocational school with colleges and universities, and to change the training target.
