盘龙区五所民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的现状研究

【摘要】:盘龙区政府通过多年持续的发展,其综合实力不断提高,其带动能力、辐射能力也在不断增强,成为具有很大发展潜力的中心城区,在这种大趋势下,越来越多的民办幼儿园如雨后春笋般涌现出来,随着家长对民办幼儿园的选择更加多元化,社会对民办幼儿园的教育需求也由解决入学问题转向提供优质的幼儿教育,在这种情况下,对幼儿教师专业化的要求越来越高,也越来越需要一批专业素质过硬的幼儿教师。因此,对幼儿教师专业化发展的重视和关注,具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。笔者对盘龙区五所不同办学规模的民办幼儿园作为调查重点,运用问卷调查、观察法、访谈发等多种研究方法,自编了《盘龙区民办幼儿园园长访谈表》、《盘龙区民办幼儿园教师情况调查表》、《盘龙区民办幼儿园教师调查问卷》,较深入地考察了盘龙区五所民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的现状及影响因素,并对此提出了相应的策略。本文主要从五个方面进行了论述:一、绪论;二、研究设计;三、盘龙区五所民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的现状调查分析;四、重点剖析影响盘龙区五所民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的因素。针对当前盘龙区五所民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的现状,分析影响盘龙区民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的主要因素,分别从社会政府方面、幼儿园管理方面、幼儿教师自身三个方面多角度地分析了影响盘龙区五所民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的因素。五、提出促进盘龙区五所民办幼儿园教师专业化成长的策略。针对前述民办幼儿园教师专业化发展的问题,提出相应的促进策略:1.政府加强监督管理力度、加大专项资金投入;2.幼儿园园长积极提高自身素质、构建学习型的校园氛围;3.增强教师的自我效能感、树立终身学习的良好意识。
[Abstract]:After years of sustained development, the Panlong District Government has continuously improved its comprehensive strength, its driving capacity and radiation capacity, and has become a central urban area with great potential for development. Under this general trend, More and more private kindergartens are springing up. With the parents' choice of private kindergartens becoming more diversified, the educational needs of private kindergartens have shifted from solving the problem of enrollment to providing quality early childhood education. In this case, the demand for the specialization of preschool teachers is becoming higher and higher, and a group of preschool teachers with excellent professional qualities are needed more and more. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to pay attention to the professional development of preschool teachers. The author focuses on the investigation of five private kindergartens of different sizes in Panlong District, using questionnaire, observation, interview and other research methods. In this paper, we have compiled the interview list of the teachers of private kindergartens in Panlong District, the questionnaire of Teachers of Private kindergartens in Panlong District, and the questionnaire of Teachers of Private kindergartens in Panlong District. We have investigated the teachers' specialty of five private kindergartens in Panlong District. The present situation and influencing factors of the development, The corresponding strategies are put forward. This paper mainly discusses from five aspects: first, introduction; second, research design; third, Panlong District five private kindergarten teachers professional development investigation and analysis; fourth, This paper mainly analyzes the factors that affect the professional development of teachers in five private kindergartens in Panlong District. In view of the current situation of teachers' professional development in five private kindergartens in Panlong District, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the professional development of teachers in private kindergartens in Panlong District, respectively from the aspects of social government and kindergarten management. This paper analyzes the factors influencing teachers' professional development in five private kindergartens in Panlong District from three angles. Fifth, the paper puts forward the strategies to promote the professional growth of teachers in five private kindergartens in Panlong District. In view of the above mentioned private kindergarten teachers professional development problems, the corresponding promotion strategy: 1. The government has strengthened supervision and management and increased investment in special funds. Kindergarten directors actively improve their own quality, building a learning campus atmosphere. Strengthen teachers' sense of self-efficacy and establish a good sense of lifelong learning.
