幼儿园教学游戏化研究与对策

【摘要】:在近期,关于幼儿园教学与游戏关系的研究成为了幼教界关注的核心。我国自1996年《幼儿园工作规程》文件公布之后,幼教界掀起了一股对于幼儿园教育方式的讨论热潮。《规程》一文中强调指出,幼儿游戏活动是对幼儿进行全面发展教育的重要方式,幼儿园的教育活动应以游戏为基本形式,寓教育于各项游戏活动之中。2001年《幼儿园教育指导纲要》(试行)的颁布,再一次促进了社会对于幼儿教育问题的关注。《纲要》进一步提出了把游戏作为幼儿园基本活动的理念,进一步确立了游戏这一概念在幼儿园教育中的重要地位。时至今日,幼教界工作人员和社会各界已越来越关注于幼儿园中教学与游戏之间关系的问题。本研究以开封市幼儿园为研究个案。通过观察、访谈、分析等方法,深入幼儿园进行为期一个半月的调查研宄。试图调查、提炼、总结个案幼儿园游戏化教学的现状,游戏化教学实施的具体措施。主要从教师观念、教学场地、教育方式等维度上进行总结分析。在实际中,游戏融入幼儿园教学的理念在实施时仍存在一定的现实困难和疑惑。在长期的历史经验与传统文化的影响下,我国幼儿教育阶段一直表现为重学习、轻游戏的现象。那么目标幼儿园的教学情况是怎样的?近代幼儿教育学与幼儿心理学等学科的研究成果一再向人们强调游戏对于幼儿发展的重要价值和意义。尊重幼儿的游戏权利,保障幼儿充分享受游戏,快乐成长的理念也越来越被社会重视。但受制于传统,自由游戏在我国幼儿园教育中仍旧没有得到一个应有的重要地位,没有得到科学的运用。在幼儿园中,普遍表现为游戏的工具性地位,处于从属位置。在幼教界,倡导将游戏融入幼儿园课程、教学的理论研究很多,而实本研究正是具体体察这种理论在开封市幼儿园教育实践中的真实情况。从而分析教学与游戏的融合在开封市幼儿园实际教育活动中到底能否真实存在?开封市幼儿园里的教育者在每日的具体实施过程中遇到了哪些困难与迷惑?这一系列的疑问正是本文思索与探讨的重点。开封市幼儿园究竟应该为幼儿提供什么以及提供怎样的教育,又该如何给幼儿提供一套高质量、高效率的教育模式?本文试图思索如何在开封市幼儿园中把游戏的教育价值、游戏与幼儿园教学进行整合。本文着重研究内容实际中开封市幼儿园游戏化教学的落实情况,并探究与追寻符合我们教育理念的游戏化教学。
[Abstract]:Recently, the research on the relationship between kindergarten teaching and play has become the core of kindergarten education. Since the publication of the working rules of Kindergarten in 1996 in China, there has been a wave of discussion in the field of kindergarten education. The children's play activity is an important way to carry on the all-round development education to the young children, the kindergarten's educational activity should take the game as the basic form, and the education should be put into all kinds of game activities. The outline further puts forward the idea of taking the game as the basic activity of the kindergarten, and further establishes the important position of the concept of the game in the kindergarten education. Nowadays, the staff of preschool education and society have paid more and more attention to the relationship between teaching and play in kindergartens. This study takes Kaifeng kindergarten as a case study. Through observation, interview, analysis and other methods, in-depth kindergarten investigation for a month and a half. This paper attempts to investigate, refine and summarize the present situation of game teaching in individual kindergartens and the concrete measures to implement it. Mainly from the teachers concept, teaching space, educational methods and other dimensions of summary and analysis. In practice, there are still some practical difficulties and doubts in the implementation of the concept of game integration into kindergarten teaching. Under the influence of long-term historical experience and traditional culture, the early childhood education in our country has always been the phenomenon of emphasizing learning and neglecting games. So what is the teaching situation of the target kindergarten? The research results of modern preschool pedagogy and infant psychology have emphasized the important value and significance of play for infant development. The concept of respecting children's rights and ensuring their full enjoyment and happy growth has been paid more and more attention to by society. However, restricted by tradition, free play has not been given an important position in kindergarten education in our country, and has not been applied scientifically. In kindergarten, the general performance of the game as a tool, in a subordinate position. In the field of kindergarten education, there are many researches on the theory of integrating games into kindergarten curriculum, and the real research is just to observe the real situation of this theory in the practice of kindergarten education in Kaifeng city. In order to analyze the integration of teaching and games in Kaifeng kindergarten in the actual education activities in the end whether the real existence? Kaifeng City kindergarten educators in the daily implementation of the specific process encountered what difficulties and confusion? This series of questions is the focus of this paper. What should Kaifeng kindergarten provide for children and what kind of education should it provide, and how to provide a set of high quality and high efficiency education mode for children? This paper tries to think about how to integrate the educational value of game and kindergarten teaching in Kaifeng kindergarten. This paper focuses on the implementation of game teaching in Kaifeng kindergarten, and explores and pursues the game teaching in accordance with our educational concept.
