【摘要】：正我国刚刚颁布的《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》(以下简称《纲要》),提出到2020年基本普及学前教育的目标。而要完成这样的任务,目前我国还面临着很多的矛盾与困难,需要认真研究把握好下列若干问题:1.加大改革力度,扩大学前教育资源,正确认识和处理好改革与发展、"济困"与"普惠"的关系问题
[Abstract]:The National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020), which has just been promulgated in China, has put forward the goal of popularizing preschool education by 2020. To complete such a task, China is still facing many contradictions and difficulties, need to seriously study and grasp the following several issues: 1. Strengthen the reform, expand the resources of preschool education, correctly understand and deal with the problems of reform and development, the relationship between "poverty relief" and "universal benefit"
