基于ADDIE模型的幼儿园区域活动设计研究

【摘要】:幼儿园区域活动是除集体教学之外的另一重要教学形式,在区域活动中幼儿可以自主选择活动内容、材料、同伴等,有利于培养幼儿的自主性和个性,同时能够促进幼儿语言能力、人际交往能力、身体协调能力、创造能力、思维逻辑能力等的发展。但是,目前对幼儿园区域活动进行教学设计方面的研究非常少。因此,本文尝试运用教学设计的经典模型——ADDIE模型对幼儿园区域活动进行教学设计。本文运用文献法、问卷法、观察法、访谈法以及行动研究法。首先,运用文献法对幼儿园区域活动和ADDIE模型两方面的文献资料,明确专家学者们的研究重点,明晰本论文的研究方向。其次,运用问卷法、观察法和访谈法,研究银川市x幼儿园开展区域活动的现状。最后,运用行动研究法与幼儿园的教师一起用ADDIE模型设计并实施幼儿园区域活动,本文共进行两轮行动研究。通过对银川市x幼儿园区域活动的教师认识方面、区域环境创设、材料的投放与管理、区域活动中教师的指导以及区域活动评价这几方面的研究,发现主要存在的问题有:幼儿园区域活动的部分教育功能有待商议、每个区域的幼儿人数设计不科学、区域材料更新不及时、教师缺少对幼儿活动的指导与对幼儿的观察、讲评区域活动时间较短、区域活动结束后对区域活动的反思较少。在实施环节与X幼儿园教师一起合作,运用ADDIE模型设计并实施。实施过程包括:A(Analysis):分析幼儿年龄特征、学习需要以及环境;D (Design):设计幼儿进入各区域的手卡、活动策略、需投放的材料及数量以及活动目标;D (Development):开发各区域的手卡、材料与内容;I (Implementation):实施过程中教师的指导行为、教师对幼儿的观察;E (Evaluation):评价区域活动中幼儿与教师的表现。第二轮实施中针对第一轮存在的问题进行改进,经过两轮的实施得出结论:将ADDIE模型运用到幼儿园区域活动设计中,能够使幼儿园区域活动的开展更加具有完整性和程序性;能够让幼儿园教师在开展区域活动中明确目标,清晰每一环节流程,评价更客观全面,从而提高幼儿园区域活动的质量,促进幼儿身心全面发展。在两轮行动研究结束后,针对ADDIE模型设计幼儿园区域活动提出相关策略,包括分析环节全面有效性;设计环节活动目标、材料与策略有机统一性;开发环节活动内容避免简单化;实施环节区域活动指导教师分工明确;评价环节区域活动评价主体兼顾教师与幼儿。
[Abstract]:In addition to group teaching, kindergarten regional activities are another important teaching form. In regional activities, children can choose their own activities content, materials, peers, etc., which is conducive to the cultivation of children's autonomy and personality. At the same time, it can promote the development of children's language ability, interpersonal ability, physical coordination ability, creative ability, thinking logic ability and so on. However, there is very little research on the teaching design of kindergarten regional activities at present. Therefore, this paper tries to use the classical model of teaching design, Addie model, to design the kindergarten regional activities. This paper uses literature, questionnaire, observation, interview and action research. First of all, using the literature method to the kindergarten regional activities and Addie model of the two aspects of literature materials, clear experts and scholars of the focus of research, clear the research direction of this paper. Secondly, using questionnaire method, observation method and interview method, this paper studies the current situation of regional activities of x kindergarten in Yinchuan city. Finally, using action research method and kindergarten teachers to design and implement kindergarten regional activities with ADDIE model, this paper carries out two rounds of action research. Through the research on teachers' understanding, regional environment creation, material placement and management, teachers' guidance in regional activities and evaluation of regional activities in Yinchuan City x Kindergarten. The main problems are as follows: part of the educational function of kindergarten regional activities needs to be negotiated, the number of young children in each region is not scientific, the regional materials are not updated in time, and the teachers lack the guidance and observation to the activities of young children. The time of regional activities is short, and the reflection of regional activities is less after the end of regional activities. In the implementation link and X kindergarten teachers work together, using Addie model design and implementation. The implementation process includes: analyzing the age characteristics, learning needs and environment of young children: designing hand cards for young children to enter each region, activity strategies, materials and quantities to be put in, and activities objectives: developing hand cards for each region, Materials and contents: teachers' guiding behavior in the process of implementation, teachers' observation of young children, evaluation of children's and teachers' performance in regional activities. In the second round, the problems existed in the first round are improved, and the conclusion is drawn after two rounds of implementation: the application of ADDIE model to the design of kindergarten regional activities can make the development of kindergarten regional activities more complete and procedural; In order to improve the quality of regional activities and promote the physical and mental development of children, kindergarten teachers can make their goals clear, each link flow clear and evaluation more objective and comprehensive in carrying out regional activities. After two rounds of action research, this paper puts forward some relevant strategies for the design of kindergarten regional activities in ADDIE model, including the analysis of the overall effectiveness of the links, the organic unity of the activity objectives, materials and strategies of the design links. The content of the development link activity avoids simplification; the implementation link district activity instructs the teacher division of labor to be clear; the evaluation link area activity appraisal main body takes into account the teacher and the young child.
