高职院校学前教育专业实习管理机制研究

【摘要】:对高职教育而言,其培养目标主要在于促进学生就业,使学生能够更好地适应未来岗位和职业的需要,具有良好的工作适应的能力。为了实现这一教育目标,院校在人才培养过程中要突出以就业为导向的特点,其中最重要的一个环节就是完善实践教学,提高实习在培养学生职业能力中的价值和作用。因为对于开设学前教育专业的高职院校来说,受培养对象具有师范性和职业性的双重特点的影响,其培养过程需要具有复合性特色,同时教师教学本身又是一种具有复杂性、情境性和实践性的活动,所以在教师职前教育中应该实现理论教学与实践教学的并举,不仅要培养学生具有过硬的专业基础知识,还需要加强对学生的多元能力构建。另外,受当代社会对学历层次要求不断提升的影响,要确保学生在未来工作生活中能获得更好的发展,就需要着重培养学生的可持续发展能力,如反思能力、自学能力等。所以对于高职院校学前教育专业来说要变革培养方式,使培养的人才更具专业化,满足职业要求,最重要的改革着力点就在于对教育实习管理的改革。在本文研究中,基于职业技术教育的特点和教师专业化培养的目标,通过梳理文献和对现实情况的调查,在对教育实习管理机制和具体管理过程进行了解。通过本次调查发现教育实习管理上存在着管理机构职能履行不完善、“院、校”合作管理效率低、实习指导教师作用发挥不明显以及评估体系不健全等问题。分析导致教育实习管理效果差,实习质量不高的原因主要有教育实习关注意识不足、缺乏管理过程中对各方的有效统筹、教育实习合作机制建设不完善、保障机制不健全等原因。针对有关实习管理中存在的缺陷,本文以系统论、过程管理理论和建构主义为理论指导,提出相应的改进策略包括:第一,建构完善的管理机制,从体制和制度两个方面进行改进;第二,加强过程性管理,包括完善教育实习计划的制定、转变教育实习组织管理理念、变革教育实习领导方式、完善教育实习评价策略等。本研究基于高职院校学前教育专业教育实习管理现状,结合研究者在某院校教育学院实习的切身经历和体会,对教育实习如何有效地开展以及如何实现管理的有效化提出了一些建议,希望为开设学前教育专业的高职类院校提供可借鉴的经验。
[Abstract]:For higher vocational education, the main goal is to promote the employment of students, so that students can better adapt to the needs of future posts and occupations, and have a good ability to adapt to work. In order to realize this educational goal, colleges and universities should emphasize the characteristics of employment-oriented in the process of talent training, among which the most important link is to perfect the practical teaching and improve the value and function of practice in the training of students' professional ability. For the higher vocational colleges with preschool education specialty, the training object is influenced by the dual characteristics of normal and professional, and its training process needs to have the compound characteristic, meanwhile, the teacher teaching itself is a kind of complexity. Because of the situational and practical activities, both theoretical and practical teaching should be realized in teachers' pre-service education. It is not only necessary to train students to have excellent professional basic knowledge, but also to strengthen the construction of students' pluralistic abilities. In addition, under the influence of the requirement of higher educational level in contemporary society, in order to ensure that students can get better development in their future work and life, we need to focus on cultivating students' ability of sustainable development, such as reflective ability, self-study ability and so on. Therefore, for the pre-school major in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary to reform the training mode, make the trained talents more specialized and meet the professional requirements. The most important reform focus is on the reform of the management of educational practice. In this paper, based on the characteristics of vocational and technical education and the goal of professional training of teachers, through combing the literature and investigating the actual situation, the management mechanism and concrete management process of educational practice are understood. Through this investigation, it is found that there are some problems in the management of educational practice, such as the imperfection of the functions of the management institutions, the low efficiency of the cooperative management of "colleges and schools", the indistinct role of the practice guidance teachers and the imperfection of the evaluation system, etc. This paper analyzes the reasons that lead to the poor effect of educational practice management and the low quality of practice. The main reasons are the lack of awareness of educational practice, the lack of effective coordination between all sides in the management process, the imperfect construction of educational practice cooperation mechanism. The safeguard mechanism is not perfect and so on. In view of the defects existing in the practice management, this paper, guided by system theory, process management theory and constructivism, puts forward the corresponding improvement strategies, including: first, to construct a perfect management mechanism, Second, strengthen the process management, including perfecting the formulation of the educational practice plan, changing the concept of the organization and management of the educational practice, reforming the leadership mode of the educational practice, perfecting the evaluation strategy of the educational practice, and so on. This study is based on the current situation of educational practice management of preschool education major in higher vocational colleges, combined with the personal experience and experience of the researcher in a college of education practice. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the educational practice effectively and how to realize the effective management, hoping to provide the experience for reference for the higher vocational colleges with the specialty of preschool education.
