幼儿园活动区材料投放的个案研究

【摘要】：活动区活动以幼儿个体或小组活动为主,教师为幼儿创设适宜的活动区域,投放多样化的材料,引导幼儿自主进行活动,幼儿在与环境、材料、同伴的接触中获得新的知识经验,提升技能水平。投放适宜的材料对于幼儿的认知、语言能力、社会化发展等方面具有极其重要的意义。随着学前教育事业得到国家大力发展和社会广泛关注,对于幼儿园课程和教师教法也提出了新要求、新挑战。活动区材料的投放不仅体现出幼儿教师的教学方法,更直接影响了幼儿游戏的质量,对于幼儿身心健康成长有着重要的价值。然而活动区材料投放却一直没有被真正的关注,也没有成为学前教育领域研究中的重点。在了解国内外关于幼儿园活动区材料投放相关研究的基础上,运用了文献法、个案法、观察法和访谈法,选取了与鞍山市多数幼儿园情况接近的,具有代表性的鞍山市公立中等水平的J幼儿园作为研究对象,通过对J幼儿园的实地观察记录与教师的访谈,描述了该幼儿园在活动区材料投放方面的真实情况,从问题和原因两个层面分析,发现了其中出现的主要问题:一是活动区材料投放的价值认识不足,二是活动区材料投放的经费不足,三是活动区材料投放的数量、种类、结构不合理,四是活动区投放材料的管理不到位。根据这些问题,分析问题出现的原因主要为一是对幼儿操作材料的观察不足,二是活动区材料投放的经费使用计划性不强,三是活动区材料投放的专业性不强,四是活动区材料投放的时间、精力不足。最后,对J幼儿园活动区材料投放提出建议,一是提升教师对材料价值分析的能力,二是明确活动区材料投放的原则,三是增强活动区材料投放的专业性,以期为幼儿园活动区材料投放问题的解决提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The activities of the activities are mainly children or group activities. With the development of the preschool education and the extensive attention of the society, new requirements and new challenges have been put forward to the kindergarten curriculum and teachers' teaching methods. The delivery of materials in the activities area not only embodies the teaching method of preschool teachers, but also affects the quality of children's games more directly. There is an important value in the physical and mental health of children. However, the material delivery in the active area has not been really paid attention to, and it has not become the focus of the study in the field of preschool education. On the basis of understanding the related research on the material delivery in the kindergarten active area at home and abroad, the literature method, case method, observation method and interview method are used. With the situation of most kindergartens in Anshan, the representative Anshan public medium level J kindergarten is the research object. Through the field observation records of the J kindergarten and the interview with the teachers, the real situation of the material delivery in the active area is described. It is found out from the two aspects of the problem and the cause. The main problems are: the first is the lack of understanding of the value of material delivery in the active area, two is the lack of funds for the release of material in the active area, the three is the quantity of material in the active area, the kind, the structure is unreasonable, and the four is the management of the material in the active area. The main reasons for the analysis of the problems are the operation of the children. The observation of the material is insufficient, two is that the use of funds in the active area is not well planned, the three is the lack of professionalism of the material delivery in the active area, the four is the time and energy of the material delivery in the active area. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions on the material delivery of the J kindergarten activity area, one is to improve the ability of the teachers to analyze the material value, and the two is the clear activity. The three principle is to enhance the professionalism of material distribution in the activity area, so as to provide reference for solving the problem of material placement in kindergarten.
