不同级别幼儿园教育实践活动的比较研究

【摘要】：学龄前幼儿的教育是最基础的教育,是直接关系到幼儿后继发展和全民族未来的持续发展。而幼儿园教育实践活动作为幼儿园教育的基本形式以及幼儿园课程的实施载体,在促进幼儿全面、健康、和谐、整体发展方面起到了重要的作用。为了让幼儿接受高质量的教育,父母开始了漫漫“择园路”。已有的材料显示,现在家长的择园方向明确,目标就是具有良好社会声誉、较高的办学水平和教育质量高的“优秀幼儿园”,所以择园热主要是家长们热衷于选择“示范园”和“一级园”。故本研究通过问卷调查、观察法等方法研究不同级别幼儿园教育实践活动及效果的差异,根据研究结果让家长判断择园到底值不值得。本研究共分为四个章节:第一章节主要是问题的提出和已有的相关研究整理;第二章节通过对幼儿园教师、在园幼儿家长、小学一年级家长和小学一年级教师的调查结果中得出师资力量、幼儿园室内外环境、办园特色、拓展活动、幼小衔接课程和师幼互动是幼儿园教育实践活动重要的组成部分;第三章节通过对三所不同级别幼儿园进行以上五部分内容的对比观察,发现:在师资力量方面示范幼儿园较一级、二级园拥有更高水平的教师队伍;在室内外环境方面,三所不同级别幼儿园并无明显差异;在办园特色方面,三所不同级别幼儿园各有其特色;在拓展活动方面,示范园和一级园有较为丰富的拓展活动,而二级园无拓展活动;在幼小衔接课程方面,三所不同级别幼儿园各有各的关注点;在师幼互动方面,示范园和二级园较一级园更为积极;第四章节是研究结论和建议。本研究结果表明在案例幼儿园开展的教育实践活动中,示范幼儿园相比一级、二级幼儿园只是多了几项拓展活动,拥有更好的教师资源而已,其他方面并无特别突出的优势。而这些拓展活动家长可自行为幼儿在课外报名参加,教师资源也可通过政府、幼儿园机构的培训与教师的继续深造加以实现,所以说现如今家长的择园是没有很大必要的。
[Abstract]:Preschool children's education is the most basic education, is directly related to the follow-up development of children and the sustainable development of the whole nation. As the basic form of kindergarten education and the carrier of the implementation of kindergarten curriculum, the practical activities of kindergarten education play an important role in promoting the all-round, healthy, harmonious and overall development of children. In order for their children to receive a high-quality education, parents began to choose the garden road for a long time. Existing materials show that the direction of parents' choice of gardens is clear, and the goal is to have a good social reputation, a higher level of running a school and a "good kindergarten" with a high quality of education. Therefore, the hot choice of garden is that parents are keen to choose "demonstration garden" and "first-class garden." So this study through questionnaire survey, observation method and other methods to study the different levels of kindergarten education practice activities and effects of differences, according to the results of the study let parents decide whether the garden is worth choosing. This research is divided into four chapters: the first chapter is mainly about the questions raised and related research organized; the second chapter through the kindergarten teachers, parents in kindergarten children, From the results of the investigation of the first grade parents and the primary school teachers, it is concluded that the teacher strength, the indoor and outdoor environment of the kindergarten, the characteristics of running the kindergarten, the expansion of the activities, the interaction between the young and the teacher-child interaction are the important components of the practical activities of kindergarten education. The third chapter makes a comparative observation of the above five parts of the three kindergartens at different levels, and finds that the demonstration kindergartens have a higher level of teachers in terms of teacher strength, the second kindergarten has a higher level of teachers, and the indoor and outdoor environment, There are no obvious differences among the three kindergartens at different levels; the three kindergartens have their own characteristics in the management of kindergartens; in the development activities, there are abundant activities in the demonstration garden and the first class garden, but no expansion activities in the second level kindergarten. In the connection of kindergarten curriculum, three kindergartens of different levels have their own concerns; in the teacher-child interaction, the demonstration garden and the secondary garden are more active than the first class; the fourth chapter is the research conclusions and recommendations. The results of this study show that in the educational practice activities carried out in the case kindergartens, compared with the first level, the second-level kindergartens only have a few more activities, and have better teachers' resources, and there are no special advantages in other aspects. The parents of these outreach activities can sign up for their children after class, and teachers' resources can also be realized through the training of the government, kindergarten institutions and teachers' further studies, so it is not necessary for parents to choose their own gardens nowadays.
