闲暇生活对幼儿教师专业发展影响研究

【摘要】:教师专业发展是教师教育研究领域的焦点与热点。至今为止,关于教师专业发展的研究成果不胜枚举。从某种程度而言,已有研究更多的是立足于“职场”,而从“个体生命的人”角度探讨教师专业发展仍有待于进一步深入。再者,近年来,我国政府对法定假期进行调整,闲暇越来越成为人们生活中不可或缺的部分。对于幼儿教师而言,闲暇问题的凸显不仅仅是时间的利用问题,更是对幼儿教师作为“个体”现有的人生观的反思。因此,本研究试图本着生命关怀理念思考幼儿教师专业发展问题,旨在通过了解幼儿教师闲暇生活对专业发展影响,进而提出提升幼儿教师专业发展水平及改善闲暇生活质量的建议,更好提升教师的职业幸福感,也更进一步凸显幼儿教师职业的生命意义和价值,促使幼儿教师去思考如何真正成为快乐、自由、幸福的人。笔者对广州市14所幼儿园的343名幼儿教师进行了问卷调查,以了解广州市幼儿园教师专业发展和闲暇生活的情况,揭示幼儿园教师闲暇生活存在的问题和分析影响幼儿园教师闲暇生活的主要因素,并提出改善幼儿园教师闲暇生活质量的建议。本研究共分为四部分内容,第一部分是绪论,主要阐述了选题缘起、研究目的与意义、研究价值与方法、基本概念界定以及国内外研究现状等等。第二部分通过对幼儿园教师专业发展及闲暇生活的调查和分析,得出了如下结论:不同性质的幼儿园教师在专业发展水平上存在显著差异,且在专业知识、专业态度和专业能力各维度也存在显著差异;不同教龄、不同职称和不同性质幼儿园教师闲暇生活存在差异性;幼儿教师闲暇生活中的闲暇时间、闲暇态度、闲暇活动方式和闲暇阻碍各组成变量之间存在着相互的影响;闲暇生活各变量因素影响着幼儿教师的专业发展。其中,闲暇时间对幼儿教师专业发展的影响权重最大。第三部分是根据已有文献梳理及研究结果,为改善幼儿园教师闲暇生活的质量,提升教师专业发展,从社会层面、幼儿园层面和幼儿教师个人层面提出对策建议。第四部分是结语,提出关于幼儿教师在闲暇生活中提升教师专业发展的美好展望。
[Abstract]:Teacher professional development is the focus and hotspot in the field of teacher education research. Up to now, the research results of teacher professional development are endless. To some extent, there have been more researches based on the "workplace", but the study of teachers' professional development from the perspective of "individual life" still needs to be further developed. Moreover, in recent years, our government has adjusted the statutory holidays, leisure has become an indispensable part of people's lives. For kindergarten teachers, leisure is not only a matter of time utilization, but also a reflection on the existing outlook on life of preschool teachers as individuals. Therefore, this study attempts to reflect on the professional development of preschool teachers in the light of the concept of life care, in order to understand the influence of the leisure life of preschool teachers on their professional development. Then it puts forward some suggestions to improve the professional development of preschool teachers and improve the quality of leisure life, so as to enhance teachers' professional well-being, and further highlight the significance and value of preschool teachers' professional life. Urge preschool teachers to think about how to truly become happy, free, happy people. In order to understand the professional development and leisure life of kindergarten teachers in Guangzhou, 343 preschool teachers in 14 kindergartens in Guangzhou were investigated by questionnaire. This paper reveals the problems existing in kindergarten teachers' leisure life and analyzes the main factors that affect the kindergarten teachers' leisure life, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the kindergarten teachers' leisure life quality. This research is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, mainly describes the origin of the topic, research purpose and significance, research value and methods, the definition of basic concepts and domestic and foreign research status. In the second part, through the investigation and analysis of kindergarten teachers' professional development and leisure life, the following conclusions are drawn: there are significant differences in the professional development level of kindergarten teachers with different nature, and also in professional knowledge. There are also significant differences in professional attitude and professional ability; different teaching years, different titles and different nature of kindergarten teachers' leisure life; leisure time, leisure attitude of preschool teachers in their leisure life. The patterns of leisure activities and leisure obstacles have a mutual influence on each component variable, and the factors of leisure life affect the professional development of preschool teachers. Among them, leisure time has the greatest influence on preschool teachers' professional development. The third part is according to the existing literature combing and research results, in order to improve the quality of kindergarten teachers leisure life, improve the professional development of teachers, from the social level, kindergarten level and individual level of kindergarten teachers put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The fourth part is the conclusion, puts forward the bright prospect of improving teachers' professional development in their leisure life.
