【摘要】:以我国火力发电行业A股上市公司2009~2014年的数据为样本,实证研究了火电企业生态创新对经济绩效的影响及高管团队异质性对二者关系的调节作用。运用企业碳排放量及净利润的数据构建了生态创新的测量指标。结果表明:火电企业实施生态创新对短期经济绩效存在负面影响,但有利于长期经济绩效的提升;高管团队年龄、职位任期异质性对生态创新与短期经济绩效的负相关关系具有显著的正向调节作用,但职能背景异质性对二者关系的调节作用不明显;高管团队异质性对生态创新与长期经济绩效之间的关系不存在调节作用。
[Abstract]:Taking the data of A share listed companies in China's thermal power industry from 2009 to 2014 as samples. This paper empirically studies the influence of ecological innovation on economic performance of thermal power enterprises and the regulating effect of heterogeneity of executive team on the relationship between the two. The measurement index of ecological innovation is constructed by using the data of carbon emissions and net profits of enterprises. Indicates that:. The implementation of ecological innovation in thermal power enterprises has a negative impact on short-term economic performance. However, it is beneficial to the improvement of long-term economic performance; The age and tenure heterogeneity of executive team has a significant positive regulation effect on the negative correlation between ecological innovation and short-term economic performance, but the function background heterogeneity has no significant regulating effect on the relationship between them. The relationship between ecological innovation and long-term economic performance is not regulated by the heterogeneity of executive team.
