生态系统视角下汽车零配件企业物流运作模式选择研究

【摘要】：伴随我国市场经济环境的不断开放,工业经济快速发展,我国汽车行业迎来发展黄金期。大批国际汽车制造企业的入驻,使国内汽车企业的生存环境越发严峻。汽车零配件企业作为汽车供应链物流活动的重要参与者,它的运行绩效决定了整个物流系统活动的绩效。汽车零配件物流是提升汽车供应链竞争力的关键环节。由于我国物流起步较晚,发展缓慢,且在发展中盲目追求“大而全,小而全”的发展方式,导致零配件企业在实施物流运作时存在诸多问题。近年来,生态系统理论不断被专家学者应用到企业管理中来,且与物流运作系统存在诸多共性。生态理念主张绿色、科学、系统化的发展思想与汽车企业寻求资源节约、健康成长、可持续发展的观念不谋而合。因此,文章试图从生态系统的视角,研究汽车零配件企业物流运作模式,通过生态物流运作模式的科学选择,优化零配件企业的物流发展,从而提升国内汽车行业的整体竞争力。文章涉及的生态物流,不仅涵盖了绿色物流的内涵,是一种比绿色物流更为系统化的运作模式;不但体现出节约资源和保护生态环境的理念,更强调在此目标下,形成物流运作系统各环节相互合作、各类资源有效整合及企业间建立彼此制衡的联动机制。文章基于大量文献的基础上,研究探讨了国内外有关生态理论与汽车物流运作模式方面的内容。首先,提出文章研究内容的创新切入点,并介绍文章内容的研究意义和应用价值;其次,概括性地介绍生态理论以及物流理论,从整个汽车制造物流运作系统的高度分析其生态性,再聚焦到汽车零配件企业生态物流实施过程中遇到的问题,搭建科学的汽车零配件企业生态物流运作系统模型;最后,引入汽车零配件生产企业W公司为例,其模式选择结果验证了文章构建的零配件企业生态物流运作模式选择评价模型的可行性和科学性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous opening of the market economy environment and the rapid development of the industrial economy, China's automobile industry ushered in the golden period of development. A large number of international automobile manufacturing enterprises entered. The survival environment of domestic automobile enterprises is more and more severe. Automotive parts enterprises as an important participant in automobile supply chain logistics activities. Its operating performance determines the performance of the whole logistics system. Automobile parts logistics is the key link to enhance the competitiveness of automobile supply chain. Because of the late start of logistics in China, the development is slow. And in the development of blind pursuit of "large and complete, small and complete" development mode, leading to parts enterprises in the implementation of logistics operations, there are many problems in recent years. Ecosystem theory has been applied to enterprise management by experts and scholars, and there are many commonalities with logistics operation system. Ecological concept advocates green, scientific and systematic development ideas and automotive enterprises seek for resource conservation. The concept of healthy growth and sustainable development coincides with each other. Therefore, this paper tries to study the logistics operation model of automobile spare parts enterprises from the perspective of ecosystem, and choose the operation mode of ecological logistics scientifically. Optimize the logistics development of spare parts enterprises, so as to enhance the overall competitiveness of the domestic automotive industry. The ecological logistics involved in the article, not only covers the connotation of green logistics. Is a more systematic mode of operation than green logistics; It not only embodies the idea of saving resources and protecting the ecological environment, but also emphasizes the cooperation of various links of logistics operation system under this goal. Effective integration of all kinds of resources and the establishment of mutual checks and balances between enterprises linkage mechanism. Based on a large number of literature, this paper studies the domestic and foreign ecological theory and automobile logistics operation model content. First of all. Put forward the innovation breakthrough point of the research content of the article, and introduce the research significance and application value of the article content; Secondly, it introduces the ecological theory and logistics theory, analyzes its ecology from the height of the whole automobile manufacturing logistics operation system, and then focuses on the problems encountered in the implementation of the ecological logistics of auto parts enterprises. Build a scientific model of the ecological logistics operation system of automobile spare parts enterprises; Finally, the model selection results of W Company, an automobile spare parts manufacturer, are introduced to verify the feasibility and scientific nature of the evaluation model of the ecological logistics operation mode of the spare parts enterprises constructed in this paper.
