【摘要】：正2016年的房地产市场真是太疯狂了。根据国家统计局数据,2016年全国商品住宅销售面积13.8亿平方米,销售金额9.9万亿元,较2015年分别增长22.4%和36.2%,销售规模创历史新高。其中,前三个季度全国商品住宅销售面积同比分别增长35.6%、24.7%和24.9%,调控政策出台后,第四季度同比增速13.4%,明显放缓。在大牛市背景下,规模房企的业绩高歌猛进,大多数都创造了自己的历史最好水平,年销售收入超干亿的房地产企业数量
[Abstract]:The real estate market in 2016 is really crazy. According to the National Bureau of Statistics, the national commercial residential sales area of 1.38 billion square meters on 2016, the sales amount of 9.9 tillion yuan. Compared with 2015, the volume of sales rose by 22.4% and 36.2 respectively, and the sales scale reached a record high. Among them, the sales area of commodity residential buildings in the first three quarters of the country increased by 35.6% respectively from the same period last year. 24.7% and 24.9B, after the introduction of regulatory policies, 4th quarter year-on-year growth rate of 13.4, significantly slower.
