促发展 惠民生 推进天然气延伸服务价格改革

【摘要】：正荆州市围绕使市场在资源配置中起决定性作用,紧盯关乎发展、涉及民生的用气价格问题,坚持"上接天线、下接地气",总结经验,广泛调研,细化措施,稳步推进,增强了企业和群众的获得感。(一)围绕焦点,先行摸索延伸服务作为供气的衍生项目,关系到千家万户,如何收费甚为敏感。加强垄断行业延伸服务监管,是纵深推进价格改革、强化垄断行业价格监管的重要组成部分。前些年,供气企业延伸服务存在一些突出问题:一是服务项目不规范,名目繁多,用户感觉模糊不清;二是项目内涵不
