“生育工资惩罚”的表现及作用机理:研究现状梳理

【摘要】:女性往往遭受"生育工资惩罚",这种惩罚效应因工作部门的不同而有较大差别,且在发展中国家更为复杂。"生育工资惩罚"通过影响母亲的劳动参与率、人力资本投资和职业生涯而影响其收入,还可能加重劳动力市场的性别歧视。国家的制度环境影响"生育工资惩罚"的作用方向和强度,甚至使生育惩罚效应消失。当前对中国的"生育工资惩罚"研究较少,"全面二孩"政策下这一问题值得关注和进一步研究。
[Abstract]:Women often suffer from "maternity pay penalties", the effects of which vary greatly from sector to sector and are more complex in developing countries. " Maternity pay penalties "affect a mother's income by influencing her labour force participation rate, investment in human capital and career, and may exacerbate gender discrimination in the labour market." The country's institutional environment influences the direction and intensity of maternity wage punishment, and even makes the effect of birth punishment disappear. At present, there are few researches on the punishment of birth pay in China, and it is worth paying attention to and further studying under the policy of "comprehensive second child".
