人力资本对摩洛哥企业出口的影响研究

　　出口对一国经济而言具有非常重要的作用,而企业出口能力受到职工接受教育的程度和技能培训。许多实证研究例如,Kaynak(1992),Beamish、Craig和Mc Lellan(1993)都表明人力资本对企业出口具有显著的影响。作为发展中国家,摩洛哥政府近年来加大了教育投资希望通过人力资本推动经济发展;与此同时,摩洛哥的对外贸易也保持了一定的增长。基于此,本文考察了人力资本对企业出口的影响。本文采用世界银行2019年对摩洛哥企业的问卷调查数据,采用STATA软件进行了分析。实证结果发现,职工受教育的程度与企业出口呈显著的正相关,而技能培训系数虽然为正但并没有通过显著性检验,这或许是因为企业对职工技能培训较少造成的,稳健性检验也证实了该结论。摩洛哥政府因继续加大教育投资,推动人力资本的提升,对于企业而言,也应加大对职工技能培训,提升出口能力。
