出口信用保险对我国出口贸易影响研究

【摘要】：出口信用保险，也称出口信贷保险，是出口信用机构对企业投保的出口货物、服务、技术和资本的应收账款提供的安全保障机制。近年来，出口信用保险的发展越来越受到各国政府的重视，发达国家均已拥有较为成熟的出口信用保险制度。而我国的出口信用保险起步较晚，直到2001年才成立了专门的出口信用保险机构，故与发达国家相比，我国出口信用保险在政府监管和企业投保意识等方面还存在着不足。随着经济全球化的深入，我国的外贸环境发生了很大的变化，国际市场的竞争也日趋激烈。因此，在这种背景下，怎样有效的利用出口信用保险这一政策工具服务于我国出口贸易就成为亟需解决的重要问题。本文阐述了出口信用保险的现状及存在的问题，深入分析了出口信用保险的作用成本，运用实证方法检验了出口信用保险对出口贸易的促进作用，最后,针对我国出口信用保险存在的问题给出对策建议。具体的结构如下：第一部分是绪论，阐述了选题的背景和意义、国内外的研究情况、本文的研究思路以及可能的创新点和不足；第二部分分析了我国出口信用保险的现状和存在的问题；第三部分从经济学的角度分析了出口信用保险对出口贸易的促进作用；第四部分是出口信用保险影响出口贸易的实证分析；第五部分根据前面章节的理论和实证，，给出对策建议。
[Abstract]:Export credit insurance, also known as export credit insurance, is a security mechanism provided by export credit agencies for the accounts receivable of goods, services, technology and capital insured by enterprises. In recent years, The development of export credit insurance has been paid more and more attention by the governments of various countries. The developed countries already have more mature export credit insurance system. However, the export credit insurance of our country starts relatively late. It was not until 2001 that a special export credit insurance institution was set up. Compared with the developed countries, China's export credit insurance still has some shortcomings in the aspects of government supervision and enterprise insurance consciousness, etc. With the deepening of economic globalization, Great changes have taken place in the foreign trade environment of our country, and the competition in the international market has become increasingly fierce. Therefore, in this context, How to effectively use export credit insurance as a policy tool to serve China's export trade has become an important problem that needs to be solved. This paper expounds the present situation and existing problems of export credit insurance, analyzes the function cost of export credit insurance deeply, and tests the promotion effect of export credit insurance on export trade by using empirical method. Finally, it analyzes the effect of export credit insurance on export trade. The concrete structure is as follows: the first part is the introduction, elaborated the background and the significance of the topic, the domestic and foreign research situation, The second part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of export credit insurance in China, the third part analyzes the promotion effect of export credit insurance on export trade from the angle of economics. The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the impact of export credit insurance on export trade.
