农户应对大病经济风险策略比较分析

【摘要】：目的:设立评价农户应对疾病经济风险的策略是否成功的标准,找出影响策略的因素,提供农户成功应对疾病经济风险的措施。方法:利用湖北恩施州某县部分农户调查数据,建立Logit模型来获得显著影响策略的因素。结果:在农村医疗保障制度比较完善的情况下,仍有22.5%的农户应对疾病经济风险策略是不成功的。结论:显著影响农户策略的是家庭因素(家庭人均收入、经济状况、非农收入比重、社会资本)。建议政府出台政策帮助农民实现收入的多样化,搭建农民间互助合作的平台等非财政措施,保证农民有效应对疾病经济风险。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the criteria for assessing the success of the farmers' strategies to cope with the economic risk of disease, to find out the factors affecting the strategy, and to provide the measures for the successful response of the farmers to the risk of the disease. Methods: using the survey data of some farmers in a county in Enshi, Hubei, the Logit model was established to obtain the factors that significantly affect the strategy. Under the condition that the barrier system is relatively perfect, 22.5% of the farmers' coping strategies for the disease are unsuccessful. Conclusion: family factors (family per capita income, economic situation, non agricultural income proportion, social capital) are the main factors affecting farmers' strategy. It is suggested that the government should introduce policies to help farmers diversify their income and build mutual assistance among farmers. Non financial measures such as cooperation platform ensure farmers effectively deal with economic risks of diseases.
