中国太平洋寿险内蒙古分公司业务发展战略研究

【摘要】:金融危机后,中国保监会提出了保险工作“转方式、调结构、防风险、促发展”的指导思想,全国各保险经营机构在此背景下都在抢抓机遇,加快步伐,全行业呈现出业务增长与效益提高、科学发展与风险防范、行业进步与服务大局、营造环境与夯实基础协调统一的良好局面。当前,国际经济形势复杂多变,国内经济下行压力给保险业务发展带来诸多困难和挑战,保险业务发展速度明显放缓,保险业长期快速发展过程中积累的一些矛盾和问题也因之更加凸现,诸如:如何由粗放性经营向精细化管理转变的问题、如何实现从只重保单数量的外延式发展向重保单质量的内涵式发展转变的问题、保费增长与公司价值、经营效益是否同步增长的问题、如何由单一服务向差异化服务转变的问题、如何由普通卖大众产品向定制个性化产品转变的问题、营销队伍规模扩大与公司销售能力是否同步提升的问题等,这是中国保险业必须思考和回答的问题,即如何从战略角度观察、分析、面对和解决这些矛盾。本文在查阅发展战略理论有关资料的基础上,结合中国太平洋寿险内蒙古分公司发展现状,针对中国太平洋寿险内蒙古分公司存在的问题进行分析,从而探究影响中国太平洋寿险内蒙古分公司业务发展的制约因素,并针对这些存在问题提出解决对策和建议。 本文采取理论与实际相结合的分析方法,按照提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的研究思路,对企业所处的宏观和行业外部环境进行描述,找出机会和威胁;通过企业内部条件分析找出企业的优势和劣势;在此基础上,制定出中国太平洋寿险内蒙古分公司的战略发展目标,以此为依据,提出中国太平洋寿险内蒙古分公司“基于人与公司健康发展的内涵式”战略选择;同时为确保战略的顺利实施,有针对性地提出业务发展战略实施的具体保障措施。
[Abstract]:After the financial crisis, the CIRC put forward the guiding ideology of the insurance work "changing the mode, adjusting the structure, preventing risks and promoting development." under this background, all the insurance management institutions throughout the country are seizing the opportunities and speeding up the pace. The whole industry presents a good situation of business growth and efficiency improvement, scientific development and risk prevention, industry progress and service, and creating a harmonious and unified environment and solid foundation. At present, the international economic situation is complex and changeable, and the downward pressure on the domestic economy has brought many difficulties and challenges to the development of insurance business. As a result, some contradictions and problems accumulated in the long and rapid development of the insurance industry have become more prominent, such as the problem of how to change from extensive management to fine management. How to realize the change from the extension development of the number of reinsurance policies to the implicit development of the quality of the reinsurance policies, the question of whether the growth of premium and the value of the company and the benefit of operation can increase synchronously? How to change from a single service to a differentiated service, how to change from a general selling mass product to a customized product, whether the expansion of the marketing team scale and whether the company's sales ability to upgrade, and so on, This is the question that the Chinese insurance industry must think about and answer, that is, how to observe, analyze, face and solve these contradictions from the strategic point of view. On the basis of consulting the relevant data of development strategy theory and combining the current development situation of China Pacific Life Insurance Inner Mongolia Branch, this paper analyzes the problems existing in China Pacific Life Insurance Inner Mongolia Branch. This paper probes into the restrictive factors that affect the business development of China Pacific Life Insurance Inner Mongolia Branch, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve these problems. This paper adopts the analysis method of combining theory with practice, according to the research thought of raising problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, describes the macro and industry external environment of enterprises, and finds out the opportunities and threats. On the basis of the analysis of the internal conditions of the enterprises, the strategic development goals of the Inner Mongolia Branch of Pacific Life Insurance of China are worked out. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, the specific safeguard measures for the implementation of the business development strategy are put forward in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy.
